Good supplement for cutting??

Ok guys I don't want to pretend like I know what I'm doing when it comes to my diet. I know how to lift and I have some good muscle it's just got a soft layer over it. Give me an example of a daily diet. I need some help. Also I do my workouts late in the evening about 2 hours before bed. I'm a newby when it comes supplements and diet but I will try anything! Please help me!

No processed food.
Lean protein and greens in abundance. Some oil (extra virgin olive oil) on top)(1-2tablespoons)
Some sweet potato and or pumpkin post workout. Simple

Carb cycling is a great way to lose fat while retaining muscle - Invalid Link Removed.

The article lists the types of food you should eat, calories, etc. Follow it and add in some cardio to speed up the fat loss and you should see some good results.

When I was 208 I switched to a somewhat reduced carb diet with OxyElite Pro and my weight dropped like crazy. I lost 40 pounds in 4 months, but I had made the mistake of switching from weights to cardio and lost at least a few pounds of muscle mass.

The biggest effect of Oxyelite for me was the fact that it trashed my appetite. I was never hungry, just thirsty. I could easily get by on ~1700 calories a day, which was 800 below my maintenance or something crazy, and still feel satiated as long as I had my water bottle kicking around nearby.

Also, since it made me feel invincible, I could pound out some serious mileage on the treadmill.

It's a pretty solid supplement from my experience, and I stuck to the "two a day" dosing for the entire run.

I should add, with the way your appetite is reduced on OEP, you might want to look in to intermittent fasting. OEP would make it accessible to most people by virtue of it's appetite destroying properties.

@ 27% bodyfat if you diet you should easily decrease the bodyfat. @ your bodyfat percentage it would be a waste of $. Clean up the diet and once you get close to single digits thTs when you can add a fat loss supp to help shed those unwanted/stuborn lbs off

Ok I hear all the diet stuff and I completely understand that it is very important! But...There has to be something I can get my hands on that will drop the fat! Come on guys I've got about 6 weeks to do this.

I'm a huge fan of the zone and paleo. Both can be googled easily.

I'm not telling you to take anything. Just listing options out there that can work in the 6 wk timeframe you posted.

ECA, Albuterol, Clen, T3.

If you were going to do the ECA what would you suggest for the E and C?

Bronkaid or primatene. Look for ephedrine hcl. And any old caffiene. Bulk or hell even no-doz works. Then a baby aspirin or replace that with yohimbine up to you
