Goal: Lean up (weight 240) keep lifting and shed some extra fat in the process.
Stack: Erase/Titanium
In addition, all the staples, tons of protein, multi, fish oil.
I've never used Erase or Titanium, both seem like solid products from what I've read about them. From what I've read, Erase looks like an interesting product, has anyone here used it? Would using just Erase be good for leaning up?
