Leg and shoulder workout already out of the way, time to enjoy the rest of he day!

gotta work all day... then shoulders and arms this evening...

FRIDAY! Drinkin' some good ol joe. Got a nice day ahead of me. Boxing workout, flexing & some much needed stretching! And get some much needed sun on this farmers tan of mine. Ha! Go to Book-A-Million and read my fav mags with some ice coffee, oh, and sit in those nice comfy chairs. Hahahah! Love it!

Lay low tonight, watch some Arturo Gatti fights. RIP Arturo.

ALSO, watched last night....It's always Sunny in Pa. I've seen bits & peices of this show before, but not an entire 1/2 hr. of it. THIS IS THE CRAZIEST, MOST FUNNIEST SHOW EVER! I was almost in tears!!!

Morning AMers ... Off to see my quack doctor and if weather holds up fire up the Harley for a ride. Off day from the gym and wife is out of town until Tuesday. Hmmmm.

I don't know, Jim - I always fight back regardless of who may like it. Am I saying that you should? No. I accept the consequences for my actions.

Good morning! I'm just now able to drag myself out of bed after staying out until 6 a.m. Went to the S. Carolina/ Ole Miss game. HAD to celebrate late. GO GAME****S!
 
Blocking out the **** in Game****s is just wrong. Especially after being 0-31 in games against teams in the top 5. Ole miss might have been over ranked, but a win is a win. What if I wanted to write Alfred Hitch****? You gonna bleep that out to? Anyways.........Goooooooo Carolina!!!!!!!!!

Good morning! Coffee down the hatch, feeling kinda woozey from some drinking, tequila shots downed with V-8. Buddy of mine who we call crazy Mike said it's called a dirty mexican. I can still taste it. Ughhhh.

About to have some eggs/hot dogs. Yum.
