Up at 6:00-6:25am here, but I don't lift till after work.

go to bed around 7:30. i don't watch TV or anything so I'm not missing much during the week. remember, there's a fine line between stupidity and discipline.

Now that is discipline! I was reading just the other day how Steve Reeves was preparing for one of the big contests, this was back in the late 50's. He'd retire around 8:30 every night. And I was thinking about it afterwards, they had no internet, no cells going off with textes, etc. and only a few tv stations. Nothing to do, hell, I'll go to bed early so I can rest & recover. It was so simple back then, kinda nice.
 
I couldn't do it. My wife gets home from work at either 6:30 or 9:30 at night and we wind up going to bed around 11-12, otherwise we literally wouldn't spend any time together during the week.

That, and I've gotta catch my stories... :wall:

Man, no lie! It's getting worse every single day! It's sad how they can't drive and talk at the same time. The ones doing texts are the biggest douches. I hope they ban it here in Fl. soon.
 
The people texting are the ones that I am referring to. I've been known to get right beside them and wait until they're looking down for a second then lay on my horn... scares the sh*t out of them.

It's great to watch the horror race across their face. I enjoy it immensely.
When they look over, all they really can see are huge tires that would crush their car if they drifted over. :D

Mornin' fellas! Don't know why I've never posted in this thread... as it seems like I'm always still up when you east coast guys are already starting your day! I'll be back teaching in a few weeks, so I really need to break this summer habit.

I have a ****berry, I hate this phone and I never should have gotten it! I don't use jack on it, and to have the good stuff you gotta pay an arm & leg. I'm going back to my Sony Ericsson or however you spell it. I hat paying $120 a month for a stupid cell. $40-50 is what I'm willing to pay. How is the Gophone? RANT OVER, thank you.
 
Oh yah, morning. Slept in till 7, felt so good. FRIDAY! Attacking some 20 rep. breathing squats later today. Oh yah. Git BIG, son!

How many cups of coffee for you all thus far? I'm on 3 and done after this one. I need to stop for awhile and drink some green tea instead. Some ResetAD is needed as well!!
