Good endo who will treat remotely?

Does anyone know a good endocrinologist (or anti-aging MD) who will treat someone over the phone/internet, with the possibility of an initial in-person appointment?

I've pretty much exhausted all the (limited) options in my local area. I'd like to find someone who knows what they are doing, and is willing to treat me remotely.

Basically, I am looking for someone to treat me for high E2, low free-T, high SHBG, and adrenal fatigue, and associated sexual dysfunction and libido issues.

Almost correct... He requires to see you in person at first visit.. He is undoubtedly anyone's best bet.. I mad my trip to Lansing two years ago and would recommend others to do so.
