Good effective Supps for CNS?

Tyrosine, 2-3 grams x 1-3 a day. Gives a nice recovery boost, small focus and general well being.

PS: BCAA actually downregulates dopamine.

Sweet I have a bag of Tyrosine stored away. Wow, someone totally mislead me about BCAA then.

The more I read up on BCAA, the more I seem to think that it is an over hyped supplement for bulking.

Reset AD looks good but seems quite expensive over here in the UK.

I was looking at MP Bullet Proof as I have recently been suffering from some broken sleep as well. Anyone used it before with success?
