Yea most smart phones have apps on them. I use caloriecounter, you scan the bar code and the nutrition label pops up.

Low intensity long distance cardio has preserved my muscle mass and strength since ive been dieting for my upcoming show. Ive done hitt in the past and my strength would drop relatively quick. Personally i dont like hitt
