Gonna get HOTT with RXS Radiate

we called them cons....and the choices were cons or buddies-everything else, lol.
 
And not to derail kats thread anymore (who am I trying to kid). I remember when my kids found my High School yearbook and saw my picture in my nut hugger gym shorts. Priceless.

Depends if you're looking for support or just warmth. If you're looking for support, most of the "fancy pants" sleeves are just 7mm neoprene. As long as they fit right they should all do the job. Most of the good companies should give a year warranty against blowouts.
If you just need warmth, any sporting goods store sleeves should do.

Just my opinion. Ymmv

Thanks! I currently have been using 7mm neoprene sleeves that I ordered from Amazon . They just split pretty quick and now almost slide off the split is so big. Lol I've never had an injury to my knees but a while back I started having some joint issues in my knees, wrists, hands/fingers, and feet. I couldn't run or do any leg work for a while. I started taking meloxicam along with some joint supplements and things improved. I still wear the sleeves for a lot of my leg work along with wrist wraps for heavier bench/press'.

Anyways, I just got an email from Elite Fts and theirs are on sale. I know they usually have good quality products! Has anyone tried theirs? RegisterJr wasme

I haven't tried EliteFTS knee sleeves but I've never been disappointed in anything I've bought from them.

I have sling shot knee sleeves and I love them. They take some of the 'creaking' out of my knee joints and warm me up and make me mobile, quicker. They're one of the best buys in my gym bag.

I do hear lots if good things about SBD knee sleeves, but I believe they are priced for that praise as well.

Thank you! That's what I thought! I have had SBD's suggested a few times but they are much too high for me!

I just started meloxicam a little over a week ago, I've seen some nice improvement in my knee. also look into voltaren gel!!!
 
Kat, as far as sleeves go for the lifting and type of spport you are looking for I would go with Titan Knee Sleeves. They are half the price of most other high quality sleeves. They are made to the exact specs of the OG Rehbands that everyone loves so much, except they have double stitching at the seems instead of single to further reduce the likelihood of ripping at the seems.

Hey hey everyone! I am still alive! Last week was crazy--Memorial Day get together on Monday, Tuesday my son woke up with a stomach bug @1am. Wednesday, I finally made it to the gym but that night my sister came into town to surprise me(she lives 13 hrs away.) We stayed up way too late catching up so I ended up sleeping in on Thursday....story continues along with having cake orders and basically, I had a week off training! Lol

Thanks Bigt! I agree! I felt a little guilty but overall I try to remember the important things in life! I only get to see my family once a year and no one has come to visit ME in 10 years! We are always the ones to make the trip! Had to enjoy it while I could!

Alright here's my final review...Thank you guys at RXS Supplements for the chance to try a full tub of Radiate! I throughly enjoyed it!! Also, a big thanks to all of you guys who followed along and supported me through my log! It means a lot!!

Taste 3/5
I had the orange flavor. It was a lite orange with a little tang and slight bitterness to it. The taste definitely wasn't a strong suit but it wasn't the worst I've ever had. To some, I feel, it would hold them back from using unfortunately. I did find that with 8-12 oz of water, it taste the best! I tried it with anywhere from 4-24 oz of water.

Mixability 4/5
The powder is nice and fine. It mixes very quickly! Just a few shakes and you're good to go. There are just a few particles that settle into the bottom as it sits.


Effects: 5/5- for all of the following
This is where Radiate stands out! I used the radiate in several ways - as a pwo, in the morning boxed with bcaa's, and as an afternoon pick me up. Never did it let me down in any of these areas!

--- Energy - within 20 minutes of drinking, I felt a boost in energy! Not jittery and all stimmed out (as long as I didn't take too big of a dose) Just ready to go and get stuff done! I will say, it is very strong and one should definitely test their tolerance before jumping into a full scoop!

--- Focus/Mood -I loved the mood & focus boost I got with the radiate! I found that I just felt better overall. Not only in workouts would I feel more driven and motivated but even in house work and other mundane daily tasks.

--- Thermo - talk about sweating!! This stuff will heat anyone up! I had to use a towel and wipes constantly during my workouts. During the day, I almost always have a jacket on but not with this stuff! Lol I'd heat up quick and wouldn't need a jacket for a good 6 + hours after taking it.

--- Appetite Suppressant - this was a HUGE plus for me! I used this during the initial part of my cut as well as starting intermittent fasting! It is probably one of the best appetite suppressants I've tried! I wasn't hungry for hours and even missed meals at first! Once I switched to IF, it helped me through the fasting hours!

Overall

Overall, I would give this product a 5/5! You can tell the time and effort put into making a good quality supplement! I truly appreciate that after all of the things I have used in the past! I have lost just over 5 lbs while using it, which may not seem like much but I have several factors that make it very difficult for me to loose weight! So, I am very happy with the progress I have made! Only downfall as I mentioned before would be the taste. Not a huge deal to many because of how well it works but just a place for improvement.
