Naw, I actually haven't done any Triceps actually, I did Dips for the first time the other day and felt okay.. I'm not going to push it though.

Haha I know you know. I tweaked mine very slightly from skull crushers, so I decided to drop those for now.
 
It usually starts from rows and chins for me. The joint and tendons get a lil sore from full extension is my guess.
Mine is when you do skullcrushers and dips and it's always at the half way squeeze for both lifts Lol.

You should do your dips after some tricep rope push downs in the 12-15 rep range, then move on to a few sets of dips, slower tempo and less added weight or just body weight will get you more growth. After that if you must do skull crushers do them lighter weight with about 15 reps with a pause in the stretched position and come up just short of lockout but you would be safer using OH Cable triceps extensions in a crossover station where you can adjust the height of the pulley. These actually hit the target muscle better and cause less stress to the elbow. Also no need to go to parallel much less beyond with dip, that is when they begin to rotate the shoulders back at a dangerous angle, stressing both the shoulders and the stretched out tendon going across your elbow. So don't go below parallel if adding weight. These things will save your elbows big time!

I already dealt with 2 years worth of chronic tendonitis in my elbows from doing the wrong things and got ART to fix it and changed the way I trained as a result and it has not come back.

The gym was a zoo last night, couldn't get my session in, gotta join a bigger gym..

Just did a 45 minutes cardio session and called it a day..

Chest & Shoulders tonight, going to switch up training sessions a bit..

A few more days of DMZ left, Derma should end not to long after..

Thanks boss... They were hurting a bit, as expected when you get a burst of strength out of nowhere.. There's no way I could rep these numbers or hit those numbers on Incline before..

Only ran Ar1macare Pro during cycle and Sup3er PCT during PCT.

Yeah, I plan on running it again. Probably around the 95mg to start. I had absolutely no sides from it. But I also ran it as a sublingual which may be the reason I could run it at the higher dose.

It actually gave me a bit of anxiety at 60mg but that's just something I seem to be dealing with lately, simply stress related I'm assuming..

But other than that, it went smooth.. I think later on down the road I'll run it at 60-80mg again when I'm in a better place in life persae..
I could see a difference in aggression from 40-60, I'd like to go higher..

I've done maybe 2 hours or so total in 5 weeks, I have to step it up to..

I'd say 3-4 sessions of 30-45 minutes a week is fine though..

Tagger, try and do 20 mins of 130-150 heart rate. That should help get your metabolism up and not let you lose size.

Awesome, I have been playing basketball once or twice a week, but I need to make sure I am hitting my other sessions haha.

I love HIIT! I like the change of pace and pushing myself. Plus, it makes you pay attention to what you're doing so I'm not bored in 5 min's. Lol

Nice work man. Those lat pull downs are heavy AF bro. I also kicked my derma down to 1 pump a day for the rest of my run.
