awesome... Glad to hear it...Energy was through the the roof today - just crazzzzzy energy! I was literally jogging around during my sets and could not wait the full 30 sec to do the next set, lol. Usually I'm spent after supersets, but I had all this energy so I finished up with planks to work on my core and lower back since my lower back has giving me issues lately. I'm done with my work out but I am still pumped!!!! This is great because yesterday I felt like death!

Hip bothersome even more so during sumo squats, so today I used an even wider stance than usual and concentrated on using my glutes and sitting straight down and not back. Energy was through the the roof today - just crazzzzzy energy! I was literally jogging around during my sets and could not wait the full 30 sec to do the next set, lol. Usually I'm spent after supersets, but I had all this energy so I finished up with planks to work on my core and lower back since my lower back has giving me issues lately. I'm done with my work out but I am still pumped!!!! This is great because yesterday I felt like death!
Your hip and lower back could be very well connected with the pain. If it worsens or continues see a doc so you can go do pt to get some exercises to strengthen those lacking muscles and possibly get you back in alignment. Good luck! Nice work!

Feeling more tired when I come home from work these days! :\ Took a much needed 1 hour nap, popped a Rezolution Extreme pill and I was set to go. Also my Cissus came in the mail today woohoo! Hip bothered me during step ups and lunges today even though I went a bit lighter than usual. I find that I cannot sit for long periods of time or else it will start to aggravate it. Decided to throw some hiit sprinting in the grass today which was a good end to my work out.There was a playground next to the park, so I tried the monkey bars for ol' times sake. Wow, I could barely do them! I felt so old haha

I just checked... took it on 8/31 so about 3 weeks ago, which is about the time I finally started breaking through my plateau. I was hovering around 162 lbs in that back pic.![]()
Just like the acoustics in the bathroom make my singing better, I think the lighting makes my back look leaner lol

When I have no motivation I usually promise myself a steak after my workout and it usually works...

I try to eat sweets sparingly (I realize I had a butterfinger last night lol. I fit it in my macros!) so something like that would get me off the couchThat and getting dressed in my workout clothes to put me in that state of mind. I'm already dressed so now I HAVE to work out lol.

next time you do planks try reversing them. sit on a bench and lean back, pulling your feet off the ground and straighten as much as you can into a plank balancing only on your butt.
