WEEK 1 COMPLETION:

PW: 161.2
CW: 159.6
__________
-1.6lbs

I was sitting at 159 in the middle of the week, so I'm satisfied with that. Weight is also slightly effected by the fact that 'Aunt Flo' visited me yesterday. Great timing as usual! =\ I worked hard this week, my diet was pretty clean, and I haven't had a refeed yet. Still keeping cals to ~1800/1400. Onto week 2! I'll be dosing 3x a day starting today. Thanks to everyone who is still following along! You guys/gals rock! :)

DAY 9 [yesterday]:

Woke up with a slight headache... Headache turned into a horrible migraine that I could not shake the whole day! I haven't had a migraine this bad since I started IF for the first time ~2 months ago. I could not concentrate on anything :( Still managed to dose at 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. So, migraines on top of hormonal changes on top of learning new stuff at work = not a good day. I stretched around 8 p.m. and called it an early night. Woke up around 3 a.m. with chronic lower back pain and ended up sleeping on the ground, on my side, to help alleviate the pain. I'm going to chalk the headache up to a one-time thing and hopefully this doesn't become a daily occurrence.

sounds like a diet thing to me... id personally drop that IF stuff. even you admit you havnt had one of these head aches sence the last tiem u ran IF.
the body is quite pecular when it comes to massive diet swings.. add on that and your period hit at the exact time you were swapping in the new diet.

if you want to strip body fat and at the fastest rate possible i recomend you try the body opus or UD2.0 these diets are amasingly fast and target womens problem areas better than any other diet known. either way i hope you dont get any more of those.

How much of a diet swing are ya talking about? I guess you could say I've technically been on a 'diet' since the beginning of this year. I tried going keto before and that was definitely NOT for me. I'm still on IF and have been running IF since July. IF was a tough adjustment in the beginning, mainly because my problem was that I breaking my fast with a high calorie + high carb meal which did not work for my body. About 2 weeks later I started to break my fast with smaller meals spread throughout my feeding window and once I did that the headaches subsided. I thought Body Opus was designed for those with low bf%?

i must have misread.. i thought i read u recently re-started IF.. did not realise u simply adjusted it. my bad. if you had been returning to IF from a regular diet that would have consituted the swing i was reffering to.

B-O diet is quite and old protocol and actually was the forerunner to UD2.0 but a redo of UD1. anyhow duchaines theroy was that the diet could lead to systematic acidosis if you stayed on it too long.. this theroy of his has long been dispelled.. it doesnt matter tho... you are pretty lean in the big picture... i know your not at your goal yet but just judgeing from that avi id say you might have 20lbs to gett totally ripped.. of course i cant see your butt and that could be huge for all i know :p J/K i know its not.

the hard part of any CKD is that you have to get past the two week hump inwich that period of time you are teaching your body how to use ketones for energy.. now the brain it self actually prefers ketones.. it just need to get used to them. thats probably why you didnt do well on the keto set up... that or you were not following a cyclic version?

Are Body Opus and UD2.0 based on higher fat + low/no carb dieting? Even though I dabbled in keto for 2 weeks, I probably wasn't following it properly. But I also like carbs and can't imagine giving them up completely. Right now I'm carb cyling along with IF - higher carbs on workout days, low carb on rest days. Trying to stick to a diet that allows for a good balance in the long run, so I don't end up yo-yo-ing like I have in the past.

Body composition - my upper body is leaning out faster than my lower body, so I still have a while to go before achieving that ripped look. It's more noticeable when flexing, but when I'm relaxed it's not all that impressive! I'll have to post pics soon.

I'm the same way. I can't see a diffrence when looking in the mirror every day but I did notice a difference when I took a pic Wednesday and compared it to my starting pic.

DAY 10:

Dosed 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. 1 hour prior to my work out I had a pre-wo snack, sipped on 1/3 of a can of a sugar free energy drink and HOLY COW!! I am literally jumping off the walls! I had a great workout; usually I just want to lay down when all is done, but I'm still super pumped and so I finished off my workout with some planks! Yesterday I felt like death, and today I feel on top of my little world - funny how that works!

DAY 11 [yesterday]:

Dosed 3x yesterday - morning, lunch, and afternoon. Felt a bit of nausea after the first 2 doses. That went away by the time I took my afternoon dosage.

DAY 12:

Dosed 3x today - morning, afternoon, and I'm going to wait until about 5 or 6p.m. to dose. Forgot to dose at noon, whoops!

DAY 13:

Dosed in the morning and around noon. Gonna hold off on taking a 3rd dose today, feeling a bit nauseous these past few days. Diet yesterday wasn't the best - I snacked on chips and a pop tart, but I didn't take in much more than 1400 cals. Weighed myself this morning and I was still down about .3 lbs. Sweet! :)

Over all it's still about how many calories you eat in a day.. granted if you eat all junk you will have no energy and your body won't work right and will be hungry.. but still..
it is good to have a treat and go high here and there! :) Keep up the great work!

Oh for sure - no pill will fix a bad diet! Got my daily protein in, and the snacks made up the majority of my carbs that day lol. :)

I've had my eye on Quest Bars; the profile is awesome, but it is a bit on the pricey side. For someone on a budget that is no bueno :(

-2.2lbs

That is post workout weight. Wow, on a roll. My weight fluctuates every few days, so I didn't think I'd hit 157 this week. This is good :) My SuperCissus came in today too so I'm hoping that helps with the joints!

2.2lbs is 2.2lbs :) it's going in the right direction and that's what matters. You wouldn't want to lose any more than that in a week or even two weeks without putting precious muscle on the line! Keep up the good work :)

Can you elaborate on Rauwolscine and how it works? Is it like Yohimbine? Taken individually, yohimbine gave me very nasty side effects! So far, LG Rezolution Extreme has been a much better substitute.

Alpha-Yohimbine, a very special type of yohimbine, targets only the fat receptors, nothing else. were as regular yohimbine act on other receptors and can cause all the nasty side you experienced. including but not limited to..rapid heart rate, high blood pressure, overstimulation, insomnia and/or sleeplessness. Some effects in rare cases were panic attacks, hallucinations, headaches, dizziness, and skin flushing.

DAY 16:

Dosed 2x today. I was pretty hungry around noon - had a protein bar/turkey lunch meat and that filled me up. Haven't eaten much other than that... actually I've been feeling bloated for most of the afternoon/evening. Even though I don't have much of an appetite, I am having crazy cravings for CHOCOLATE today! o.o

I tried to make chocolate protein fluff once and failed miserably lol, probably because I didn't have a hand mixer. I ended up taking 2 bites and throwing the rest away. It was not pretty! I was all like:

A day off and changing things up can be a great thing.

I am the same way. I can only eat so many calories so I try to be smart about things. I've gotten very good and most foods taste just the same or better now.

Dosed 3x today - no problems thus far and I'm about 1/2 done with my bottle!! Bittersweet!! Not too confident with the upcoming weigh-in on Wednesday. Had a refeed yesterday and it takes a few days for the bloat to go away! These next few days will be lower carb + fat/1xBW protein.

Okay Rip - silly question, but better to ask than to assume! Do I just apply the LipoBurn anywhere I want the fat to be targeted? With the weight loss, I've also noticed fat loss in the breast tissue. I went to get re-measured like 2 weeks ago and I had lost inches around the bust area. Can LipoBurn be used to tighten up loose skin as well? Thanks!

tightening up loose skin takes time... when you lose bf its common for women to see breast size reduction, after all its body fat too.
feel free to rub lipo burn on any problem areas and i recomend you use it regularly.. it dries clean and non sticky after just a couple mins.. yes use it on problem areas.

hte trick here is to give your body enough time at your smaller size for the skin to naturally tighten up.. this is why its so important to lose fat slow and steady. be patient and keep it offz! the skin will slowly regain its tightness.

i agree with the above statement .. that chick in the white hat is a total babe! keep it up chick!

Sporty was the look I was going for :wink1:

To answer your question; bis, tris, forearms - all of it! lol, actually I haven't been doing any direct work on my bis, it's my tris that are lacking. To work on tris I usually do BW dips at the end of my workout.
