Going for a wild ride with PLASMA JET (Unsponsored)

Quick Bio - 41, 195 lbs, and 5'10. I've been lifting on and off for quite some time. I have been dedicated for the last 4 years. I'm training for a power lifting competition. It's just a bench and deadlift competition. I'll probably compete at 180 pound mark. My current maxes at bench paused 285 ((weak sauce I know)) and 455 Deadlift. I'd like to be over 300 and 475 deadlift for the competition in Oct. I'll be running Layne Nortons PH3 as a shock to my body. I've been doing lots of low rep routines this is a much higher rep structure should be interesting.


I purchased a box of plasma jet by Gaspari. The unique formula really piqued my interest. I'll post formula and pictures shortly. I'll be using it with a stimmed pre workout most of the time. The only other supplements I'm taking regular is Fish Oil and a Multi.

Upper Body Hypertrophy day! This is just where Plasma Jet shine and it did. Took it around 1 hour before working out. About 15 minutes before workout I took a stimmed preworkout.

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns Weight 180

Barbbell Row Weight = 225

Supplements - I did things a bit different. I took the pill 1 hour and 1/2 before working out and did not use a preworkout. I did have intra workout which was Gatorade + creatine.

so you only took 1 pill (or was it a typo)? was the pump different from your workouts without taking any PlasmaJet?
