Going extreme with LL extreme stack

Whenever I do bicep stuff my forearms cramp like crazy when I bend my arms. Like when I scratch my head. My forearms will spasm and seize up. This happen to anyone else?

stop gripping the bar so tightly- also, your forearms might be handling more of the load. more water and stretching in between sets.

next time before you work your biceps, do forearms first- youll see what I am talking about

rev preacher curls,
seated bb wrist curls
db rev throttle curls

after those and before you start your routine, start with zottman curls

Got my back in today. Not really heavy weight but I'm following the advice of my superiors and really focusing on "what" I'm working out. There is such a huge difference in my workouts now. It's crazy. If I was lifting like this all along who knows where I'd be. After my warmups I started with some rows on the precor rack (like t bar rows but wider horizontal grip)

Busy day today. First off I'm super sore. So that sucks. I'm heading to the gym now. It'll be a short workout cause I have some work at home to do. My buddy brought me a big buck last night. I let him hang over night cause it got pretty cold. So I'm gonna skin and filet him as soon as I get home. Buddy said it sat in his truck for the better part of the day cause he got him pretty early but I didn't get home til after 9 last night so hang he did. Hopefully it's still good. Either way it's good jerky
 
So my lift this morning was short but I got a good chest pump and did a set of tris. The temp here was going to get into the 70s so I had to work on that deer or lose all that meat.

Yea dude. It was a beast. Just needed that pump. In all reality I probably shouldn't have gone to lift but I needed to. Lol.
 
Haven't updated in a few days. Everything is going swimmingly. I feel great. Like all day long now. Atleast on my workout days. I'm not sleeping very well. Not sure what it could be associated with. But I haven't slept well in years now. My pump is insane. I'm pretty certain my arms grow two inches by the time I enter the gym til the time I leave. My muscles seem a lot firmer than they used to as well. I am starting to see more definition as well. I'm seeing seperation in some muscle groups and when I'm not bloated my abs are becoming more defined. Well atleast my obliques are. I've been trying to work them more. Because of the short week this week I'm doing multiple group workouts. Yesterday was 3sets chest 2sets shoulders 2sets tris. Today was 3 sets back 2 sets shoulders 2sets bis. Hit the front delts and traps yesterday and today I hit the rear delts and traps again.

One thing I noticed today is my left forearm I getting stronger and bigger than my right. I think that is why I'm having those contraction issues when I work my biceps. Half way through the lift I noticed my left forearm was hurting a bit. I tried rubbing it and it was super tight. When I rubbed my left it was no where near as tight. I'm pretty sure it's from this last 7 months of compensation for a bad right hand. This really sucks. But what is really cool is I'm starting to get some really awesome definition in my left forearm. Lol.


There is one bad bit of news to report today. I have about one scoop of wyked left. I really really enjoy it. So I take a scoop and a half pwo typically. And I may also take another half scoop later in the day or if I'm gonna be doing enough strenuous. I'm still good on rise and swell and t2. I'm gonna miss wyked. You'll never be forgotten.
 
Didn't think it would happen but I ended up getting to the gym today. Hit literally a bit of everything to help make me feel better about what's going to happen tomorrow. Lol. Had a great workout. My wife has started noticing a change in my appearance for the better and that's a huge plus.

Here's my lift for today. Friday will be another ridiculous day and then I'll be back to a normal routine next week. I'm putting together an awesome routine thanks to all the tips everyone has been giving me.

I was looking at some old pics from about a month ago or so. My stomach looks a little poochier from a front view. But from a side view it has definitley came in a little. My abs are bigger however. I've been doing weighted core stuff instead of just a lot of core stuff. I feel as though I have grown for the better in the last four weeks or so. My shoulders look better. My arms look a lot better. My chest is getting better and my back is growing. I'm super happy with this stack. I wish I hadn't eaten so much. Lol. I'll post my final review later today.
