Whenever I do bicep stuff my forearms cramp like crazy when I bend my arms. Like when I scratch my head. My forearms will spasm and seize up. This happen to anyone else?
stop gripping the bar so tightly- also, your forearms might be handling more of the load. more water and stretching in between sets.
next time before you work your biceps, do forearms first- youll see what I am talking about

seated bb wrist curls
db rev throttle curls
after those and before you start your routine, start with zottman curls
