Yep, Thursday will be my final day of Mdrol at 20mg.... then im going to kick the epistane up to 40mg right now just doing 20 and 20...

weight...............233lbs so I am up 17lbs in 25 days. BF% is around 21% that is only a 1% increase so basically gained 12-15lbs of LEAN Mass so far.
 
I think my epistane is starting to kick in a bit.... feel very warm and fuzzy about an hour after i pop 20mg .. and inm not sure if its just in my head, and you can even ask my wife about this... The first 2 weeks when I was only on Mdrol I was super agitated and very on edge, snapping and yelling about stupid **** ..... well, the last week and half that I have been on epistane i have been in a great mood, seriously like complete opposite, not sure if it has anything to do with this or not, but figured i would note that.... Mdrol for only one more day homies...

all my lifts are up like 40lbs.. lol... hope i keep all of my gains... bumping the epistane up to 40 on thursday!!!
 
Yesterday was my first day without Mdrol, didn't realize it too much, still had an amazing lift, still gaining..... taking 40mgs of epi now.. one in the morning, 2 pre workout and one at night... I weighed in last night at 237lbs......... 235 this morning on an empty stomach. I want to be at 240 by the time im done in a little less than 2 weeks.

To be honest I didn't really know what to expect going into this, but gaining 25lbs in 6 weeks was a lot more than I had hoped for... so I am going with it... I have had so many people telling me how huge I look now, and that I am getting solid... it feels great... i want to tell them... "YEP, MdROL and EPI" but i just tell them i've been eating a lot and lifting hard... which i have... lol

I seem a little extra thirsty, and was sweating to death/ then getting cold all night, not a very sound sleep, but it is allergy season for me, so that has A LOT to do with that. Will keep posted...

FYI... I saw that NP had a deal on D aspartic acid, so i picked up some of that for PCT :)
 
Epi will dry you out bad, but the strength I saw from it was pretty good. Drink more water than you think you should and that should be the end of the constant thirst. 25 lbs in 6 weeks eh?? I wonder how much of that is LBM, and how much is glycogen and water. Everyone is different so you could have gotten away with a bangload of new weight just like I did. Granted I am up 16 lbs after PCT (ended 2 weeks ago).

Looks like you had a good run. Only thing I can tell you is you may start losing a bit of your appetite during the last few days of the cycle, and thats to be expected from a strained liver... Protein synthesis will be a little bit harder for your body so I would throw in an extra shake or two with some added oils to keep your calories up.

thanks for the advice, I will use it. 16lbs is nice, are you happy with your end results? how much strength did you lose, if any??? What is the biggest thing you noticed when you went from mdrol and epi, to just epi..........

i actually tried to cut down on carbs and just eat more fats and protein... Try and lean out, because I know not all the weight I put on from SD was muscle. However I feel like it was a great cycle, I definitely have more to work with on this next cut.. And strength loss.. Minimal I would say, my legs for example are just getting stronger and everything else I just plan to kill between now and my cut. Very happy with the results bro.
 
Alright thanks southern... I am sitting at about 20% bf, my next cycle is going to be a cutting cycle for sure. I am looking to get down to arond 12-15% bf by spring time.. So i have a long time to do it... I want to get some IGF-1 or HGH, and maybe run that with some hdrol that i have.. we will see, i am starting to do research now. lol...

The epistane is definitely drying me out, mood has been pretty good, a few blow ups here and there... so far i really like the superdrol, we will see what epistane has in store.. about to head tot he gym.... i can't wait to tear this shyt up... I love it when old people and high schoolers just stare at me. LOL

My girl laughs because when we go early there's a whole row of women on the ellipticals.. She calls em "cardio cougars"... Says they all wanna jump me lol

about the HGH, some may tell you go for it, but from everything Ive heard, it's expensive because you have to run it for so long.. You could probably run a really nice inject cycle and dry up like that. Many many options out there besides turning to GH.. Stuff is expensive and if youre gonna be a pin cushion anyway might as well pin the fun stuff!
 
33 Days so far... weight is at 236lbs... Still feeling rock hard in all my muscles, rarely sore after workouts or the following days. I have been working out Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday Sunday, its the only days I can get into the gym... I seriously could workout full body everyday LOL.

I have another 9 days to go, looking fwd to what is in store yet. I have cut back on calories a bit, I am right around main. cals... I was up about 500-1,000 during mdrol. looking to keep my gains strength wise, and shed some BF. If i see strength decreasing then I will up my cals, but as of now I am still gaining.

I am very pumped to hit it hard for the next 6 weeks, 1.5 on cycle and another 4 weeks of PCT... keep my spirits up guys, i need the motivation!
 
One week to go, I am missing my mdrol.... Epistane sucks lol.... Mdrol just hit me so hard man, it was like an explosion when it first started to kick in. I am still gaining, slowly but surely, but I think im starting to get depressed.
 
I didnt feel a big strength gain from epi until the third week. Then it was dry achy joints, explosive strength and I couldnt drink enough water. On a couple of leg days I think I had 3 gallons throughout the day. Let it work its magic bro

Thats awesome.. You just made my day dude, I didn't realize there may be another strength gain coming... HELL YES!!!!!!!! Time to party, I might just have a Dr. Pepper tonight!!!!!! I have some bomb food ready to be grilled this weekend..... Especially tomorrow.... LETS GO HAWKS!!! Very excited for college football to start!!!!!!!!!! No drinking though this year, as I have now gone 3 months without touching a drop of alcohol, planning to keep that streak going as long as I can.

Well im no doctor and I can't look at your piss, but when the liver is strained, the kidneys can also become strained. You could add in like a cranberry extract or something to help, or you can increase potassium slightly to lower water retention, but not too much because too much potassium itself can damage kidneys.

I did wake up dehydrated a couple of times on cycle. I will say that. I know I had to slam like a half a gallon of water a couple times upon waking just so I wouldn't feel dehydrated later on.

Once I got rolling I really didn't have any sides, lethargy at first, but that went away and then nothing at all.

EDIT: I have to take that back, Lack of libido, and caring at all for sex... I went from having sex around 5 times a week to "if my wife was lucky" once a week.. and the last time i tried to have sex i couldn't finish.... libido has finally dropped to non existant.

Libido is back up... i just have to make sure that I smoke some mary jane before we do it... seriously, twice last night... I was like an animal on the prowl yo...just FYI fellas :)
 
Wow I like to hear other peoples replies & wat works & don't work for them. The funny thng is sum knw wat they r talkin about & sum just talk to talk. If ur gunna do a run do it & do it big & stay tuned wth ur body. Whn I do a cycle of watever it will b 8 weeks on 4 weeks pct so 12 weeks anabolic! My first runs were alittle off of not knowin but stll good gains. I have ran a few cycles in my weight training & most r banned or discontinued now but always stll can find the good stuff. The current run I'm doin now is md1t 4 weeks & superdrol 4 weeks & currently makin great great muscle & feelin like godzilla. I hope to maintain the gains & weight I want to put cycles behind me & its workin possible & worse comes to worse 2 or maybe just one bulkin cycle a year. Md1t 3 caps for 4 weeks & bridge in superdrol at 3 caps for 4 weeks & thn a proper test booster/serm/multi & such for a good pct. I am very knowledgable in the pct department but am willin to listen to others on stff more ready available & innovative cause the hassle of gettin ths stff let alone clomid & nolva & such geez. Word to the wise tht all the above culd b just as dangerous.
 
Ok... here is an update... Day 5 of PCT, right now all I am doing is 40 mg of nolva ED and a 1/2 serving of PCT assist. next week i am going to drop my nolva down to 20mg and start the full pct assist and diesel test pro cycle.

My weight is right around 234lbs, my lifts have all stayed the same, and even some have gone up, so I am very happy with that.

The only thing is libido really isn't back up yet, and when im working out i don't have that extra push on the 10th and 12th rep. good thing though is that my joints don't ache as bad.

No pumps ALL DAY which sucks, I actually have to lift in order to feel huge lol... i expected that though but its funny how much you can tell once you are OFF. I am keeping calories right around maintance for now 3000, and have started cardio twice a week for 10 minutes.

Once you hit the dark side bro, its hard to quit. I don't know if i'll ever stop cycling just because its so much fun, and feel so good. but also there is a time when enough is enough I guess. Also, I think you should take the superdrol first, once that hits man. Have you done superdrol before? It is amazing, I gained a lot more than I thought I would, I am very happy with my cycle so far. i am still maintaining almost a week into pct, but the next few weeks is going to be very important to keep my strength. Good luck with your cycle... and do you have a PCT lined up?
 
nice good job man I cant seem to find the diesel pro though I went ahead and got pct asist and cycle asist.I am going to preload not sure if you did.but how much total weight have you gained

I did pre load for a week, but some say 2 weeks is best. Diesel Test Pro Cycle, is pretty expensive but boy I think its workin good. The PCT assist should do you fine, did you get a SERM?? You absolutely have to have one if you are doing MDROL, in my opinion. I was up to about 238lbs, which is 23lbs, I am currently at 235lbs today so right at 20lbs total... my strength just skyrocketed around the middle of the 2nd week on mdrol, and increased the next 3 weeks rapidly until steadily maintaning there for the last week or so. Good luck man, its a fun ride, so just hold on ;)
 
yeah I got clomid and nolva not sure on running both yet.I was looking at pink magic for the test booster though what you think.also what is the epistane for and what does it do.

Never heard of that test booster, PCT assist would be ok with either clomid or nolva, i wouldn't run them both unless you are really shutdown. Epistane is a steroid as well, you can do a search for it and figure out what it does, I used it to help keep my gains on the mdrol.

I am done with epistane now, yes it made a difference because I was anabolic while taking it, not losing any muscle, and gaining slowly. just stick with your superdrol, you will be fine and for PCT nolva and PCT assist are ok, maybe throw in a cortisol blocker if you want.

UPDATE...

for those of you still following i have taken time off from writing but i wanted to give you all an update.... I have 3 days of PCT left and have kept most of my gains.

Since PCT started.

Strength - same
Weight - 230lbs (lost about 5lbs)

I feel like I kept most all of my gains from my cycle, so I am very happy about that. The first 2 weeks were the worst, because i just didn't feel like i had anything in the tank during workouts, but everything feels like it is back to normal again.. Libido is back up, strength is the same, and my weight hasn't dropped a lot... 2 more months and I am planning on doing a 5-6 week Hdrol Cutting cycle.
