Glycobol questions...

Ok, let me start by saying that I've spent the last hour or so searching these forums, and a couple other websites, for the answers to my questions and havent found any.

I'm interested in Glycobol.

Is this a product that needs to by cycled, 4 weeks on 4 off, lather rinse repeat? or is it potentially an every day for however long I choose to use it type of deal?

I've read a lot of posts about taking Glycobol and trying to lose weight and fat. I on the other hand am trying to bulk (lots of carbs). Good addition? or waste of time and $$?

Also, of all the reviews I've read... I'm yet to come across as to what Glycobol is actually supposed to do. I've seen muscle builder, fat burner, glucose and insulin regulator... which is it? or is it something else entirely?

Any help would be appreciated, as long as you know what you're talking about.
 
I believe that majority of supplements should be cycled.

Glycobol is not only good if you are cutting, but for bulking as well. Since you are bulking, and the intake of carbs is high as you have mentioned. It is good to keep the excess fat gain from coming in by bringing the nutrients to muscles rather than fat.

Glycobol and other supplements such as Recomadrol, Slin Shot, and others are better categorized as Glucose Disposing Agents (GDA).

If you do opt to use it, you HAVE TO TOY AROUND THE DOSING and TIMING. Start off with 1 cap at first go, prior to reading the label I popped two and got loose stools all day. But do not let that negate you from a great product, I am on my second bottle.

its really good for either purpose,

ive used it much longer then that, its a great general health supplement as well.

Nutrient Repartitioners are a completly new seperate class of supplements, they have more then just 1 benefit, many to be exact

Anyone can add it in and see favorable results no matter what the diet and what the situations (diabetics be carefule though, more for type 1s then type 2s.)
 
i love nutrient partitioners , eat as many carbs as you like and not have it stored as FAT! bottom line
 
I cycle Glycobol and SLIN. I use the Glycobol pre-training to increase lipolysis, and I use the SLIN for nutrient repartitioning.
 
can you take glycobol with cla? i take cla with almost every meal about 3-5grams per day and i see u take glycobol with food...
 
ok i will....how should i dose?

Start 1 cap twice a day 15-30 minutes before a meal containing at least 50g of carbs. Do this for a couple of days if you tolerate it well then you can go to 2 caps twice a day before meals containing at least 50g of carbs.
 
does it make a difference from one pill to two per meal? say for instance if i take it with the same meal everytime? or can i take one for 3 meals? whats the difference if i take one pill compared to 2 pills?
 
Been taking glycobol along with my pct. How much does an ai effect glut-4? Im curious, I've been taking 2 caps of formadrol along with 4 testopro a day. Should I drop the formadrol? Dont want an estro rebound. Im towards the end of my pct.

I am not sure how much it effects the glut-4. Maybe Crazyfool can answer that better.
 
I'm not sure exactly how much it decreases expression but you can probably assume that its dose dependant to a degree. I personally don't think it decreases it very much

What else have you been taking in PCT? A serm? If so drop formadrol a week or 2 before you stop the serm by tapering and if just taking testopro dose down then off formadrol and keep running testo for a bit longer
 
I just stopped my serm, clomid. Now just testopro and form. Tapering down the form, I would like to continue an ai because of estro rebound. I just started testo, I'll continue with form at 1 cap twice a day for another week, then drop it and continue with testo. Thanks for your help.
 
well i took my 2 caps am and 2 pm...honestly it felt the same as one cap. idk maybe wait one more day?

there SHOULDNT be a rebound with a steroidal inhibitor until new aromatase is formed. When this happens is debatable and i do not know the correct answer which is why i stop my steroidal AIs 1-2 weeks before stopping SERM

Continue testopro to help channel the e2 into the proper direction when you come off the Form just in case.
 
what are you expecting to feel?

if its pumps wait 2 hours after you eat then lift, and if its low BG then test you BG. but i never felt hypoglycemic with it ever.

on a side note you COULD feel slight warming after a meal if your sugar is dropping fast.
 
Yea i dose at 6am with oatmeal and skim milk and 15min after the meal I drink a whey shake with water. I wait 30 to eat after dosing. My second dose I take it with whey, banana, and oatmeal. My first dose is around 50g of carbs and second about 75
 
No my carb meals are not 130. Maybe total for both servings. My morning Carb intake with gb is around50g and that's oatmeal with skim milk. The second is whey protien,banana and a pack of oatmeal that totals around 75g crabs.

2 caps for each of those meals suffice.

Another question. When dieting or just in general should I avoid carbs any other time? I tend to eat a bowl of cereal sometimes not the sugary ones or sometimes a yogurt fat free in the evening.
