Glycobol question?

carbs are carbs...
 
^ True, but I've always used my GDAs with food meals not shakes/drinks/power ades...

I have used it with all sorts of carbs... food, shakes.. etc... if it had carbs...
 
if youre familiar with prosupps they designed their gda i-load to be specifically used with karbolic.....

I think I've seen that in a store. A red bottle? Looked medicore.... I will research it though.

Ive tried 1 cap with 30g dymatize flud. I take 3 caps ed with meals.. feels like it turns a good calorie into a great calorie :D

Ive taken 1 cap glycobol with dymatize flud (30g) after a workout for a couple days. Notice no difference. I spread three caps out ed with food, feels like it turns a good calorie into a great calorie :D

I take mine with food, i feel like it makes a good calorie a great calorie :D

Shouldnt make a lick of difference if you take it with waxy or food though..
