I like Glycobol but the only source of carbs that work for me 15-30 minutes after I take 1 cap
is oats and it has to be at least 40-60 grams of carbs for the 1 cap. I have tried other complex
carbs such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, and whole grain bread but I always
get stomach issues when ever I eat those carbs after dosing Glycobol so I am only limited to taking it
before oats so I have never gone past 2 caps in one day and I never dosed 2 caps at a time. The same
thing happens also with Slin Sane which I also have. Some one in this thread mentioned that they take
6 caps of Glycobol a day WOW if I tried that my insides would blow out. The 1 or 2 caps a day that I use
actually keeps my muscles pretty full but I wish I would be able to take it with the other complex carbs that
I consume in a day and I am sure I would get even better results.
