I've been super busy lately so I have only gotten in 1 solid workout since I recieved it. I did chest last thursday night using TUT style training and I really tore things up with extra sets.
I dosed 6 grams pre and 6 grams post workout and the next morning DOMS were not noticable. I dosed another 12 grams that day and the following day DOMS were noticable, but not at all as sore as it normally would be. Pecs really feel the TUT style..and I worked them pretty hard on the HammerStrength iso and iso wide presses with perfect 2 up and 5 down reps.
So far, I'd say this is doing what it says it does. I'll update this weekend when I do legs..presses and front squats ala TUT.
