Hi Guys,
I have no scientific background, so maybe someone more knowledgeable could comment. These studies seem to show that taking glucosamine is very counter-productive as it blocks glucose uptake in muscle, among other things. So it would kill the effects of carbs for PWO, and maybe muscle glycogen replenishment?

Glucosamine hydrochloride seems to have about a 2 1/2 hour half-life, but lower levels may hang around in the body for a LONG time. Some forms have a much longer half-life.
Anyway, I am sticking with Cissus after this.
