The turkey ground came out better than the tenderloins.
I used different marinates (both from the Persian store), but both are still bomb.
I've always done oats. Full cup every morning.
My morning shake goes like this:
1 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of isopure mango protein
5 frozen strawberries
5 eggs (3 whites and 2 whole)
2 cups of water and a half cup of ice
Blend and chug.
That's the only time I will have a whole grain carb or fruit (strawberries are 98% water anyways). Other than pre work out which is usually a really small amount of brown rice or 2 pieces of wheat toast.
I've gone from 212 to 198 in a month.
I'm currently on a cycle too, but that's been my diet so far.
thats sounds like a good shake.
ive been around 227 for the past 2 weeks. but ive definetly lost body fat. i just think im gaining muscle. i havent had a cheat meal or anything like that. kept all calories for everyday under 2100, one day it was like 2400 which still would put me in a defecite (cardio+clen+t3+ the fact im 230).
question:
which 1 would be better 1800cal of protein/fat or 1800cal of protein/carb? by better i mean which would lead to more fat loss?
