Pretty good workout today. Didn't notice anything in strength increase but hopefully I will see it progress throughout the log. Between each set of chest I squeezed my pecs for 5 secs. I've been doing this lately to build some more muscle on my chest. Lately, I've had some decent DOMS the next few days from doing this. Also, the ZMK veggie caps are WAY easier to swallow then the previous tabs.
