GETTING the SKINNY on ELIMISTANE

SPONSERED LOG****

Thank you very much NattyForLife and BPS for giving me this chance to log Elimistane.

Im 42 years old
6.0” tall
178 pounds
I have been on TRT before but not now.
Skinny built and a fat belly with a little bit more pec fat than I would like to have,if you know what I mean.
So heres the skinny. Im trying to get in 3600 cals a day. Which isn’t too hard for me to do.
Close to this: fat 110g/ carbs 320g/ prot.149/ cals 3170/ 88%RDI. A true example. Not sure how good that is. Im a carb freak! Opinions in this area would be great Please.
I would like to get back to weighing around 190 or 195. That’s what I weighed at the end of my last cycle even tho I wont be as strong or as heavy off ,probly. My workout will be 3 days on 1 day off and sometimes like 4-6 hours of pool or ocean time to. So maybe 2 days off sometimes ..lol.. anyways Im gonna rip this s*** up for 30 days!!
Everyones opinion is extremely important to me so please give them.

Here are the things I will be taking EVERY DAY with my BPS Elimistane.
***ELIMISTANE 1 cap ed (probably)***

Driven PWO ½ scoop to start
Red krill oil 1000mg
Multi V OT
Protein mix 1scoop (twice a day)
Cycle support 1 scoop (twice a day)
BCAA+SAA 1 or 2 scoops
Cycle Defense 1 cap
Androderm test patch 4 mg (not sure about this, Suggestions on this Please)**

Eat a ton of food every day and try to do a gallon of H2o ed
Simple stuff right?
Ill be posting my before and after pics as well as my workouts .Probably some food porn also! I love food!

In for the ride!

My only critique of the layout is I would aim for 1g protein per lb. Bodyweight, particularly if you are looking to lean out.

Dropping off 30 carbs to fit it and starting up the AI will have you kickstarted with water weight loss, primed to lose fat, and motivated!

Love the confidence while drying out, even though it isn't fat initially you just feel better and in the game to keep going

in for results!!!

give it hell, skinny!!!

Huge thank you for the advice already Driven!! :)
Thanks for following

In! What sort of lifting do you do? Sorry if you listed that in your app, I'm too lazy to find it :P

Guess I'm going to hop on this here bandwagon. I don't know about you but I'm experiencing some Christmas like excitement. Hard to focus on the studies.

I went out lobster diving yesterday from 11:00am-10:00pm. Consumed only about 2800 cals but probably burned about 8000 cals so needless to say I'm all ready behind on kcals. Starving today!
Came home last night to find my BPS Elimistane on my door step :)

DAY 1 of 30 morning weight= 177.0
7:00 am took 1 cap of Elimistane with a small glass of milk. The cap had a fruity smell went down easy & no nasty burps or nothing like that. So far so good.
Let my try for some before pics of my scrawny self :)

Ok so..... I know I'm sadly skinny. It's really hard for me to keep muscle on. I'm super active with a 3100+ cals a day...I'm trying especially now for this log.

So I uploaded this pic just for fun. Want all to see this strange thing I can do with my stomach... Can anyone do this ??

hopefully after a month of elimistane you won't be able to do that anymore.....

In for an erase pro comparison (arimistane)

The diving is a hobby. I'm trying to hit Dive Master by 2015, looks like I'll be a few months shy.
I'm a machinest by trade. I program CNC mills and lathes.

Very cool! Must take a lot of dives or hours to reach master. Nonetheless, cool hobby dude.

Ok I've been having a lot of trouble with my internet.... Piss's me off. So I downloaded the AM app to my phone. I'm going to try to post my workout & update here. I hope it works for me.

Day 2 of Elimistane Morning weight 179# Cap taken at 6:45 am with 8oz milk So by day 2 I'm all ready starting to feel like more of a dick. Ha ha. Aggression is up & some increased energy it seems from the dose. It's a good feeling, I like it. Also peeing more than usual and it's crystal clear which is a plus. No sides so far except feeling good and aggressive :) H2o for today was 3 1/2 liters + I quit counting after that. While at work today I also did some push ups while the boss was out. Rescue class was about 3 hours of treading water and having my air source taken from me unexpectedly while diving... Pretty cool stuff, I came home and attempted a workout. Push ups at work. 130 At home. I have a home gym, all free weights. Quad extensions : per leg (25#x10)(30x10)(35x10)(35x10)(35x10) Hammys: per leg (25x10)(25x10)(25x10)(25x10) I have some destroyed knees. Reconstructed ACL & crushed cartilage .. I try to take it easy with them. Mostly low impact. But I want to better my squats. Standing Military BB Press (50x5)(50x5)(55x7)(55x9)(60x6)(65x6)(70x6) Behind the neck (40x12)(40x12) One arm DB Row: per arm (25x10)(30x10)(35x10)(40x10)(40x10)(45x5)(45x5)(45x8) Standing Trap Shrugs: per arm (40x10)(40x15)(40x20)(40x20)(40x20)
Pretty worn out by now. As if 3 hours of swimming wasn't enough abs I did 20 mins of abs at home as well. Hit my cals pretty close today but went way crazy on the carbs on accident. It's hard not to eat them and get the needed protein at the same time. So far I'm loving this stuff :) I'll try to post my macs.

Oh yeah . I didn't get my Driven PWO so I ended up taking a scoop of C4 extreme. Been a while, worked pretty good lol.

Damn dude. You are really active. I noticed I was feeling kind of dickish yesterday too. I just figured it was because I was still carb sick.

Yeah it's probably why I'm mostly skinny.
I've been a real dick today dude lol. To early to call it an Alpha feeling.

Subbed! Fellow diver here but haven't been in the water since 1988! I still am amazed that I earned the PADI Master Diver and then moved to Ohio where the diving is COLD!
