Another big pump, another great morning at the gym. Wasn't even really tired from going last night either. Legs are getting some decent size to them finally. Weight is down to 263 today and abs are starting to peak through so I know the fat is starting to be burned.

Arms took a beat down this morning. Had to lower weight on the rope because after 5 sets my form started to suffer, puss. Had to carb up a little last night. Stomach was giving me fits yesterday. I plan on going light carbs for a little bit. Side note, got up last night to use the restroom and both my hammies cramped up so bad I fell down....lol. Felt like they were contracting so much they were going to pull. Very weird. I know I'm not dehydrated.

Felt really good today, must have been the large blizzard last night. Went up in weight on both my chest lifts and on my last set of everything I repped to failure. Going to eat at maintainence or a little above for a while. Weight still hasn't changed from 263 but I still want to slim up a little.

I love hitting legs on the weekend. Pretty much no time limit and can get most everything I want done. Went up in weight on everything and wasn't a problem. Quads measured 28 inches after workout. Weight is down to 262 today even with a mexican restaurant feast last night before The Hobbit.

Legs were a little stiff for the 1st 2 sets then they quickly warmed up. Don't think I will go any higher than 320 for the rest of my time doing gvt. That was my target weight and knees are definitely feeling it. Now I will just squeeze every rep. Legs are getting very much stronger though. Weight is down to 260 and all I've really done is go lighter carbs and almost no junk. Gotta love that.

Didn't go up in weight on anything but as I was cruising along I realized I should have. Weight was feeling light and I finished lifting in 30 mins. Easy day at the gym. Next week I have off from work and children will be gone. Gym will become my 2nd home.

After taking the weekend off and eating pizza, carne asada, and ice cream, I was ready to get back in there. Felt a little sluggish and bloated when I got in there but I quickly got into gear. Even though the scale says I'm up 5 pounds, I don't look too bad and its mostly water. Pump was sick this morning and strength was there even though I went up in all weight except the cable lat pulldown. Might actually go to 15 reps each set for the remainder of the year then my coach has a new schedule for 2 months after the new year. Last few days of this stack and it has helped me out. SpeedX gets you ready to kick ass, pumpx keeps blood flowing through your muscle groups, and masshgh helps keep me in that deep sleep for growth. Perfect Combo!

Weight felt really heavy at the beginning of the day but after the 2nd set I felt a lot better. I had also eaten 3 whoppers the night before so I was a little bloated. Killer workout this morning. Made sure I ate before the gym and had a killer pump. Increased weight on all lifts except pull downs which I went to 15 reps. Had a real good energy today with no pain in my shoulder. Happy day. As you can see from the pics, the heavy carb holidays haven't been that kind on my belly. Weight is back up to 270.

FINAL REVIEW

For a bulking stack, these 3 products were perfect. I can't say I've stayed lean or started lean but I have gained muscle this month. The MassHGH definitely helped me sleep which I've always had trouble with. Sleep is, in my opinion, the most important part of muscle building. During this phase of my training I needed every extra minute of shut eye I got. Pump X3 and Speed X3 also helped my German volume training. I had the energy and the blood flow to get in, get pumped, and get what I need to get done in a very short amount of time. All 3 of these products live up to their claims. Thx matty for the log opportunity.
