After taking the weekend off and eating pizza, carne asada, and ice cream, I was ready to get back in there. Felt a little sluggish and bloated when I got in there but I quickly got into gear. Even though the scale says I'm up 5 pounds, I don't look too bad and its mostly water. Pump was sick this morning and strength was there even though I went up in all weight except the cable lat pulldown. Might actually go to 15 reps each set for the remainder of the year then my coach has a new schedule for 2 months after the new year. Last few days of this stack and it has helped me out.
