Rocket holly sht bro that preworkout you guys sell is dangerous I fcked around and took it at 5 when I went to work out after work and im still racing my and my brain feels all tingly. That stuff is legit... I just may not be able to get to sleep for a while!

It was good great energy I was a bit more vascular than normal the pump was a bit better as well. I am going to be in trouble though because its just about midnight and I am still feeling the energy...

Man this has been more of a recomp than a cut my weight this morning was at 212 but I am leaner for sure... Its going to be interesting to see what happens in pct.
 
I'd much rather that happen that cut and lose any precious gains.

word I am stoked to see how the xgels, reduce xt and albuterol do in keeping the muscle mass while continuing the journey of single digit body fat
 
What y I your pct layout? How albuteral can help in pct?

I will be continuing my recomp /cut into pct which will be torem xgels reduce xt daa and albuteral which is like clen but I have read that it doesn't have the same negative effects on the heart.

First day at the new gym I had to establish dominance so I hit a killer chest shoulder and arm session.

Going to do a really decent bulk in the next 8-10 weeks.

Keep it controlled and just aim for 1lb a week to keep fat down.

If it takes 8months to get there... So be it haha
 
That whole work out looks STRONG Bench, Squats and Deadlift...........Now I know how you get all the chicks!
 
I did a moderately dirty bulk over the winter I put on some good size but got there is some stubborn fat that just wont leave. Next winter i am going to be more mindful of my intake to make sure that the next cut goes easier.
 
Strong pressing man... Wish I could rep 315.

You'll get there bro..! Make sure you do lots of ancillary work, especially dumbbells, they also
made my bench stronger.

It's great when you have those days. My goal this year is to hit 295x 5

Many a moon ago (probably about 15 years or so) before all my shoulder injuries I could bench 315 for reps natty.
Now I don't even touch the bench press, and even dumbbells hurt. Probably need to get surgery at some point.

You and I have a similar taste in music. I am guessing you used to rage in the 90s when Massives were poping and underground raves were the thing.

Pretty much bro. Those were cool times. Especially in the early days from 89-92 before it really hit big
in the US. Things were happening and you could feel something big was about to happen, but at the
same time it was so underground that you wondered if anyone else around the world even knew about. :)

I can only imagine what it would be like to see the infancy of something like that. I remember going to some of the first Vans Warped tours and the first years of Paid dues but to be part of an emerging genre like that is something truly special.
