Week One Wrap up
So I am doing one full pump of the Andro 300, 8 pumps ( 1ml) of 11 oxo and 10 mg of the M1-t Oxime.

Pros- My libido has been frustratingly high this week that has been the most pronounced effect. I am also starting to see some muscle hardening as well as some leaning effects even though my diet was spotty at best. There is no lethargy no problems with sleep and zero effects on hunger. My pumps in the gym have seen a slight increase in quality and my vascularity is becoming more pronounced around the clock.

Cons- None, everything is as is should be no hair shedding or anything so far Ill keep my fingers crossed that this is the standard for the cycle.

Weight- up to 210 from 207

Face pulls held at the bridge of the nose for a two count SS with tricep press

Smith machine military press SS with plate grip kick backs

Seated DB shrugs held at top for a 2 count SS with Hammer curls

2 pumps a day in split dosages :)

2 pumps a day in split dosages :)

I may progress to that at week 4 but I weighed myself this morning and I'm sitting at 212... Weights going up but calories are down and body is getting harder. So I think I am going to see what happens.this week reevaluate my dosing on Sunday

Man I am seeing the recomp effects like crazy now I am stoked to see what my two week pic update is going to look like
I hit up a abs session this morning mixed in with some foam rolling as a semi rest day

20 min of floor work including plate crunches plate extensions plate stands and the abb roller extension thingy

15 min of foam rolling TBH I feeling my recovery time increase from day to day I could have hit chest again but decided to hold off until tomorrow.

Morning motivation: One Of my Favorite H/C bands Their energy on the floor was crazy They are a little different but I am going to miss them. I was super bummed to hear they put out their last album last year.

The Andro 300 / 11 Oxoderm stack is definitely great for recomping. You can see yourself getting
more lean and vascular.
 
Damm it why can't I take these nice new fancy compounds and get results like you.....
You can man. And anyone that says otherwise can take it up with me.
It just may take a different amount of time because we all have different starting points.

The new pump system for the Andro 300 is dope!!! Spin lock top and an accordion shaped neck so you can actually measure a half a pump.

Man I went to go see fast and furious 7 last night. what a great action flick. 100% not realistic but awesome. Can't believe Paul walker is gone I remember seeing the F&F movie as a kid. Not going to lie I got a little sad at the end of the movie.
 
My friends went to see it. Paul walkers brother played some parts of the film they said. It couldn't tell the difference.
 
Paul Walkers Brother was his stunt double, so for this film they used him to play the part and digitally exchanged his faces.
 
They were 80% done with the film when he died. That song by Wiz for the movie is pretty awesome! ?
 
The first one is the only one I ever saw.

Thoughts: My weigh in this morning had me at 207 so I am going in the right direction now. I adjusted my carb and my fat intake and upped my water and my midsection is getting closer to that summer six pack :) I feel like the endurance on my heavier lifts is going down though. But those things happen when you are cutting.

No not at all sometime I just get tired of the yard work. I am staying in this house till the kids put me in a home. After all I got a Home Gym and the Garage is bigger than the house!!
