Damn....its been a minute since my last full update. Sorry, my weekends are busy as Hell. I worked out Saturday morning with two scoops of Hemavol, and 1.5 scoops of Maximize Intense new formula for my pre W/O, and two scoops of Compete, one scoop of Lemon Drop and one scoop Fruit Punch and it was Awesome. The mix was so good that its actually my new favorite flavor thanks to Invalid Link Removed!! Sunday was our first football game and we BOMBED!! All I can say is it was like a preview of the Michigan vs Bama game this year. I usually drink water or Gatorade on the sidelines but my drink of choice is now Compete. I can tell you that Compete works incredible for focus. The other team scored 22 points on us the first half, but I think bc of Compete I was able to see what was collapsing on us and at Half time we made some changes on D and they weren't able to score a damn thing!! I do have to say that I abs love Compete, I actually gave some of my stash to a friend of mine yesterday to try out along with two scoops of Hemavol and two scoops of Max Intense new ver. Cant wait to hear how he likes it. I ended up taking THREE scoops of Hemavol yesterday and that was NUTZ!!! I worked bis, tris, chest and some forearms. Vaughn, I dont know how anyone can complete a full W/O with that much. I seriously thought my nipples were gonna explode like an over inflated balloon. It was fun, but not something id do all the time, lmfao!! Here was my W/O yesterday.

Compete def keeps me going through my entire W/O and the Max Intense keeps me very aggressive, but Im starting to become tolerant to it bc I have to take a little more to get the same effects. I know.....maybe its time for a stim break, but I dont want to!! Diet over the weekend is crap. Sunday was a protein shake upon waking, breakfast pizza at the game, and hamburgs and hot dogs after the game at a cookout followed by another shake before bed, O yeah...and junk food throughout the day. Ill be lifting again today so I will post up again tomorrow!

Update for 8/22 and 8/23

One thing I want to start by saying is that I think my libido is starting to pick back up. It really took a dive during PCT, but its coming back. I lifted on Wednesday and did a half hour of cardio yesterday. I honestly dont like the low carb diet because I def notice a difference in my workouts. I feel weak and fatigue quicker then when im loaded with carbs. The downside to taking carbs is I get bloated and wont lose body fat as fast. O well.....its a catch 22 I guess!! The guy I gave the samples to the other day will be trying them today. I let everyone know what he thinks when he lets me know. I dont use Hemavol for cardio, but I still stick to the two scoops of Compete intra, and either Max Intense or Craze pre. Here are my numbers from Wednesday.

Bench Press: 99x10, 128x10, 247x4, 204x6, 128x14

Leg Press: 210x15, 240x15, 360x20, 360x15

Incline Bench Press: 85x10, 85x10, 85x8, 85x8

Lat Cable Pulldown: 87x10, 100x15, 155x7.5, 135x10

Military Press: 72x10, 95x8, 120x4.5

My bench has gone down in the number of reps, but I think that because of the lower carbs. I think Im gonna go with higher lighter weight and higher reps and maybe 3 sets today to switch it up a little and do heavier weight tomorrow. Ill update again soon!!!
 
oh man.........i remember my low carb dieting days. vaughn pretty much gave me his diet plan from when he lost a bunch of weight years back when he first got serious into lifting. first 1-2 weeks in the gym really sucked. got easier and easier after that though, once my body was adjusted.





but lemme tell you, i wont diet like that again. i <3 my carbs :p
 
I dont think I've ever gone less than 300g of carbs a day...like ever... :D

I'm toying with the idea of 3/4-1 scoop of MI as a pre (+ 1 scoop of Hemavol)...then 1/4-1/2 of MI + a scoop or two of Compete as intra

Why just one scoop of Hemavol? And in the past I've mixed Maximize with a few different intras for the added energy throughout. Id go 1/2 scoop at first for MI intra if you use 1 scoop pre.

I do the same sometimes, it's so damn good taste wise. Either that or Compete, depending on whether I've trained prior to that or not lol.
 
And yet another busy food filled weekend. This weeks football game was actually awesome. Played a team from outside our own conference bc it was a by week for us, but we needed to play someone to test the adjustments we made from last weeks slaughter. We took a huge risk bc the team we played has higher weight limits, they are 175lbs comp to our 165 for 12-13yr olds, and 140lbs to our 120 for 14yr olds and we dont have any 14 yr olds!! We told the refs to play it like a normal game and if our guys were getting beat up on too bad we would call it. Let me tell you I couldnt be any happier with our team......we were outweighed on average by about 5-10lbs and our kids played with heart. Our D didnt even let them get one first down, the only points they had were from a safety that they got bc we ran our second string O in the third quarter. This is what they needed and Im glad they found that sweet spot and started clicking!! TEAM WORK!!! Ok, so for the rest of the weekend. I lifted Saturday morning before practice and we had a fundraising event to attend Saturday night. I drank some Jager, jello shots and some pudding shots, but was home and sleeping by11:30. I didnt lift on Sunday morning, but will tonight after work. I had my Compete,TWO SCOOPS, in hand on the sidelines with a scoop of MI to help me get through the slight hangover I had. Saturday morning I took two scoops of Watermelon Hemavol, one scoop of MI pre w/o and two scoops of Compete, Tangy Tangerine Intra. I did high reps Saturday, well high for me, to change it up last set was to failure with no breaks in between sets except for changing weight and to hydrate with Compete. Here it is......

Bench Press: 70x30, 70x33, 99x25, 128x17

Tri Cable Pushdowns: 52x30, 68x16, 87x13, 87x10 (not real happy with this)

Iso D.B. Curls: 15x30, 20x32, 25x22, 25x18

Butterfly: 42x20, 42x19.5, 48x11, 48x8.5

And once again skin tearing pumps!! I might try what Loudy does and use one scoop to see if there are any major differences and document what they might be. I think Im gonna work shoulders today and get in some either SLDLs or just DLs. Ill report back later or tomorrow.

Hahaha........I coach football, 11-14yr olds. I couldn't imagine playing football @ 36 yrs old. I fill in with these kids sometimes and end up sore as Hell for days after.

Used one scoop of Hemavol with 1.5 scoops of MI and 1 scoop Lemon Drop + 1 scoop Fruit Punch Compete. About half way through my W/O started feeling a little upset stomach coming on. I didnt do anything different, but it def effected my motivation. Here is the log.

Good job! And be careful of your shoulder, I guess you knwo when to take it easy. I hate it when I have a nagging injury and I push myself and make it worse.

Always start my day of with Compete, helps kickstart my brain for early classes lol.
Shoulder injuries blow. I've had injuries in both, and they always seem to start nagging at some point or another. Glad to see you still killed it regardless of the injury

What greens product do you use bro? Im considering adding one in, since veggies are fairly non existent in my diet. My blood pH tends to run acidic because of protein intake, so I use bicarb to neutrilize acidity which balances my blood pH, but I'd like to do it with greens as well.

Well.....its been a loooong week. Returned to work on Wednesday and Ive been working10-12 hr days. Havent lifted since Tuesday and I feel like shyt!! Still drinking my 1-2 scoops of Compete daily to give me a little edge through the day. I havent had any Hemavol or MI since Tuesday either :aargh:!! Ill continue this log for a couple more weeks to try and offset missed days. My "Intention" today is to get out of work on time, get my a** home, lift, then go to football practice. Im working Tomorrow morning then I will be gone to Harrisburg most of the day to get my son registered for cyber school, which is a whole other story. So, before I lifted on Tuesday my pre w/o consisted of 1.5 scoops of Hemavol mixed with 2 scoops of MI. I do seem to get a bit of an upset stomach with anything more then one scoop of MI. Its not all the time, but Id say 50% of the time. Havent been able to pinpoint why its not all the time. My intra w/o was two scoops of Compete with about a half gallon of water. I went with somewhat higher reps and less weight, here it is.

What are you eating before taking MI? Could it have something to do with the food? Maybe try using more water?

Damn, 2 scoops of MI? That's pretty intense (no pun intended :P) not sure what could be causing the stomach discomfort though
 
I w/o on an empty stomach, like two hours after last meal. Its more of a queezy feeling and not to the point not being able to lift, just uncomfortable.

I do too...I usually get an upset stomach with any heavy stimmed pre if I do not drink enough water ... try drinking some water before taking MI

Try an abdominal compression wrap, that are used to hold in hernia's. I can't lift with anything in my stomach, unless I wear my wrap! Like 15 bucks on amazon.

Damn.....my schedule is really off lately and I do apologize! Between work, football, and trying to get my son enrolled in another school life has been a little nutz!! I got a chance to lift yesterday after the game, we won 26-20 btw, Lol. I have givin up on cutting carbs right now its just too hard right now and I cant stand the muscle fatigue!! Ill just keep my fat azz till next spring or end of the winter, eff it, Im married with two kids and Ill worry about fat loss next year after I gain some more muscle and strength over the winter, Lol, guess that makes me a quiter. Okay....so I tried to eat a some fruit about a half hour before I took the MI and I used 1.5 scoops with 2 scoops of Hemavol but still got a little queezy. I never got this way with the OG MI, or Max V2, or any other pre W/O for that matter, O well its still good stuff!! I went higher reps today to try and get a good sweat and heart rate going. Didnt lift today, but I plan on lifting again tomorrow prolly higher rep range. Here it is....

My chest gets so pumped people comment that I have bigger t*ts then a woman, but not in a bad way and I like it. I will update tomorrow night or Wed morning. Vaughn, I hope you arent too upset with my log. I will keep it going for a while. I love iForce!!!

I get the upset stomach from Max intense as well but that doesnt stop me I love that stuff. I use 16oz water at least
My favorite is 1 scoop Max Intense 1 scoop hemoval 1/2 scoop compete pre then 1 1/2 scoops compete intra
I just drink the max intense first with 16oz ROOM TEMP water then hemoval and compete with another 12-16oz room temp and it really helps with the upset stomach.

I know that feeling, hemavol is awesome but sometimes the pumps are to the point that they hurt lol. Epic pumps on leg day = risk of falling down every flight of steps I have to walk down on the way home lol.

And dude, your log has been awesome so far, no worries :) we all really appreciate the support
 
09/12 (didnt lift 9/11 like I wanted to)

Tried Mattys method and it did seem to work better, will keep doing the same thing for a few w/o just to be sure it wasnt a fluke. Worked on legs yesterday and used 1.5 scoops of MI and one scoop of Hemavol pre and of course two scoops of Compete intra with about a half gallon of water. Went higher reps yesterday as well. Im going to start heavier reps again next week and also been thinking about running the AMS Pro Kits I have stored (Deca and 4AD) dosing three per day, since Im sorta switching up my goal again for some more strength and size. We will see! Anyway, here was yesterdays log.

Wont be lifting today. Have football practice earlier today then a pep rally and bonfire for the Varsity Team. Just finished up a scoop of Compete to get my morning started with 4 caps of Motivate, God I love 1,3!!! :lick:
 
09/12 (didnt lift 9/11 like I wanted to)

Tried Mattys method and it did seem to work better, will keep doing the same thing for a few w/o just to be sure it wasnt a fluke. Worked on legs yesterday and used 1.5 scoops of MI and one scoop of Hemavol pre and of course two scoops of Compete intra with about a half gallon of water. Went higher reps yesterday as well. Im going to start heavier reps again next week and also been thinking about running the AMS Pro Kits I have stored (Deca and 4AD) dosing three per day, since Im sorta switching up my goal again for some more strength and size. We will see! Anyway, here was yesterdays log.

09/12 (didnt lift 9/11 like I wanted to)

Worked on legs yesterday and used 1.5 scoops of MI and one scoop of Hemavol pre and of course two scoops of Compete intra with about a half gallon of water. Went higher reps yesterday as well. Update to come tonight. I gave some samples out to two buddies of mine and I think I sold them on iForce Compete and Hemavol. Thank God, or Team iForce, for MI and Compete to help me get through the busy days. I do have to say that it seems like no matter what I do the MI still makes me a little queezy with any dose over one scoop, more water helps but, def doesnt solve the issue. I never had this problem with the OG version or MV2.
 
I think one of the guys I gave some Hemavol and Compete to is going to be ordering a tub of Lemon Drop this week. He said he had NEVER used any product that gave him the pumps that Hemavol gave him. He actually asked me for more and I had to say "sorry dude but, your gonna have to order your own stash"!!! Over the weekend I was able to get in some heavier lifting and a little cardio. Compete def helps with stamina for me while on the elliptical and or anyother time of the day. My usual drink on the field used to be Gatorade but, now its Compete. I wish the kids were old enough to drink this stuff bc I kinda feel bad for them knowing that if they had what I have they would feel a whole lot better, Lol!! I am still dosing Hemavol @ 1-2 scoops a half hour pre w/o, and trying to figure something out with MI. MI works awesome but, the stomach thing sucks!! I dosed MI today @ 1.5 scoops 1 hour before my w/o and Hemavol a half hour before @ 1 scoop and drank 16oz of water with both and still was queezy. I have some Jack3d Micro and Craze on hand that I think Im gonna use for the next week and see if I still get and upset stomach. Here was my lifts today.

DB Curls: 20X10, 20X15, 20X15, 20X20
Bench: 70x20, 99x20, 128x18, 184x10
Iso Curls: 40x5, 40x5, 40x6, 40x6
Tri Cable Pushdowns: 68x15, 68x20, 87x12, 100x5
Forearm Wrist Curls: 40x20, 40x25, 40x30, 40x32

Being as busy as I am is really starting to effect the quality of my lifts. I love football season and spending time with the kids but, 5-6 days a week wears on you plus doing all the normal everyday crap. As soon as the season is over, beginning of November, Ill be starting my Ph Cycle and I should be able to give a lot more time to my lifting. For now I just have to stay focused and just try and maintain what I have. Id still like to know what it is in the new MI that is causing stomach upset. If there are any ideas let me know. Id like to also try the new Dex but, im afraid it will do the same to me!!

only thing I could think of is it could the be way your body is reacting to the acacia extract since you didn't get nauseous from the OG formula. other than that don't really have any ideas

Agreed.. that is really the only ingredient change from OG.

Well that honestly sux....MI works so well for me but just doesn't agree with my gut. Maybe Vaughn can reformulate for me!! Lol
