I smoked cigarettes on and off for 6 years in my 20's, about 1/2 pack a day. I recently turned 30 and have completely stopped with no intention of ever going back.
I've been getting back into shape and I'm already making great gains. In a couple more months I'm going to want to get on another cycle again.
One other thing I have to concede is that I like to unwind every day with a couple tokes off a one-hitter. This probably equates to 2 or 3 joints a week.
I never touch alcohol or any other substance besides caffeine.
I know nobody can say what kind of health I'm in, but based upon my current/past use of substance, do you think I have a "problem" or should I be excessively worried about my health for the upcoming cycle?
Should I kick the toking habit? I feel fine physically and don't think it every really affected me.
