Getting older, substance use question.

I smoked cigarettes on and off for 6 years in my 20's, about 1/2 pack a day. I recently turned 30 and have completely stopped with no intention of ever going back.

I've been getting back into shape and I'm already making great gains. In a couple more months I'm going to want to get on another cycle again.

One other thing I have to concede is that I like to unwind every day with a couple tokes off a one-hitter. This probably equates to 2 or 3 joints a week.

I never touch alcohol or any other substance besides caffeine.

I know nobody can say what kind of health I'm in, but based upon my current/past use of substance, do you think I have a "problem" or should I be excessively worried about my health for the upcoming cycle?

Should I kick the toking habit? I feel fine physically and don't think it every really affected me.

Not a troll post. I'm seriously interested in your perspective.

Consider this to answer your question:

A man who can't bear to share his habits is a man who needs to quit them.

Just from a health perspective I would quit the toking. Problems to lungs, teeth, gums, etc "could" arise. Besides, the adrenaline rush of working out should more than sustain you during those moments you want to toke.. As long as no permanent damage from smoking cigs has already been caused then your lungs should be back to capacity in just a matter of months.

Toke on brother, or cook with it or vape if your worried about your lungs

I am 100% pro marijuana, but I do think you should look to vape or eat it. Smoking in any capacity is going to be harmful and since there are other ways to partake, you should at least look at healthier options.
