thanks bros, this is a beginning of only lean bulk and stay in control.
this cycle opened up my eyes about how i look when I'm leaner .

Good job hamdysayed. I see definite improvements. You look like you retained muscle well and increased definition and dried up nicely. I would say that's a successful recomp cycle. Great work. Thanks for logging for us bro:).

and to add 1 more advice splitting dose through out the day is the best...

Im going to run a Epi-Andro only cycle soon for recomp and increasing strength,
Want to maintain weight if not gain 1-2 pounds just want to get stronger whilst staying around the same weight.
What are some of the strength gains you saw from your cycle with Epi?
What advice do you have in terms of dosing? I'm only going to be doing a 4-5 week cycle then pct.

Hey there
well the advice I would give you is don't run it for 4 to 5 weeks that won't benefit u alot. my advice is to run it at 1 gram dose split 4 times a day, normally it's pricey to run it at that high dose but thanks to olympus labs they made that possible with the high dose they made available .
and strength gains were not there as I was in great calories deficit but the cool thing is I maintained my strength even when I was 13 lbs lighter to me that's awesome .

Thanks I'll eat at a small surplus most likely , so you didn't see much progress after 5 weeks on Epi? I don't expect to see massive gains from this just a noticeable strength gain and high energy levels

yes but to harvest the most benefits a solid 8 weeks is ur best bet, u will notice strength energy libido increase but to get the most recomp effect 8 weeks.

U will notice that, but to get the most out of ur cycle since u going through the trouble of pct etc might as well get the most benefits.
