Final update
I know this wasn't the most exciting log out there, but thank you everyone who helped me with this log and pointed me toward the right direction , I just wanted to make this log about how effective epiandro for fat loss with a good diet as my workouts have been moderate nothing to crazy due to cutting calories dramatically like I haven't done in at least 9 years as I hated diets always wanted to eat what's in front of me and the reason why I'm not fat is i workout regularly so that kind of kept me in ok shape.
so this diet made me realized that I don't want to be this swole big dude walking in the gym looking big and have bunch of fat with the muscle and just looking big..
I want to be that lean big guy that is looking swole, so this diet completely changed my view of how my body should look like and how much I'm loving this leaner look

I don't have visible 6 packs yet but I'm getting there I promise.
pros of cycle
ol sup3r epi helped me getting leaner and retain a good amount of muscle because if I did a diet without epi andro most likely I would have lost alot of muscle.
starting cycle 196 lbs and ended cycle 183 lbs (13 lbs total )
strength remained the same towards end of cycle even though I was 13 lbs lighter (impressive imo)
cons of cycle
energy was ok
libido was ok
endurance was ok.
due to very low calorie intake I felt tired alot and towards the last 5 days of cycle I was really lethargic at night like can't move without struggling.
1 gram of sup3r epi was my favorite dose wouldn't recommend running low dosage so u can reap the benefits of epi andro.

over all I look way more skinnier than the picture can show, camera sucks not showing really how skinny I got even my face is skinnier.
