Getting Cut Bro * OL Sup3r Epi Log *

I think 8 weeks is what it's supposed to be. Of corse the dosing can be higher but for your body's sake I would say 8 weeks, if you loved it so much just close out the cycle, hit pct and prepare for a summer cycle 500/750/etc...
Well that's what I'm trying to figure out ,how it will effect my body if I run it for 2 more weeks?
 
Idk I mean at the end of the day I've seen longer cycles with multiple harsher compounds but I'm no expert. I'm on day 5 and have thought about hopping to 750 I don't know how many times and buying another bottle to still run it for 8 weeks but I'm gonna wait till day 10 or so before I decide, I'm deff enjoying the ride so far, but anytime I run something I get serious on my diet and training soooo could also just be that
 
Yeah diet is a huge factor and training.
so my diet is same still at 189 which is awesome and DEFINITELY 750 is better than 500 mg cos :
Energy through the roof and libido is back so that's awesome.
I have a question since I'm cutting is it better to do cardio for like 30 mins every 3 days or daily cardio for 20 mins before workouts and that will effect my workout not in a bad way just will have less energy.
which is better for fat loss?
 
Saw great results with fasted cardio
If that's not an option to go twice a day (fasted cardio/usual routine) then I'd say do 10min HIIT before and then 10min after

For my pct I have clomid, milk thistle, DAA,CREATINE, krill oil liquid and multi VITS...would anyone recommend novaldax also?..

I took D-mein aka methyldein and had great results.

But I know superdrol is a little more powerful and is more toxic and potentialy has more sides to it.

I have been dosing sup3r epi at 500 mg this cycle till last few days I upped it to 750 and still thinking about going to a gram.
thoughts :
current weight 189-190 lbs
I like the results I have been getting from sup3r epi and 11 oxo, do I love the results no not really maybe since I changed my diet dramatically I thought there will be big results but I had few mistakes with diet and didn't maximize on cardio.... also i somewhat hoped 11oxo and epi andro can maximize on the effects of a strict diet and love fat faster but that's a misconception I had.
I think I look leaner and feel leaner but u be the judge still I have 1 month left and I will turn it up a notch with cardio.

I'd start with 250 mg PWO for a day or two and see what you notice in effects. Spread the rest out in at least two doses split however you want. After a few days of judging the effects switch to 500 mg PWO if you want and keep an even split on the other two doses.

But since you have another bottle take 750mg to the head with some carbs before and I bet you'll feel a rush

Cool, my dose have been 500 mg preworkout since I started 750 mg dose.
so I'll do even 500/500.

no carbs tho I train fasted.
 
Okay, well it's worth a try, I only did 750mg pwo because I forgot to take my 2nd dose during the middle of the day. It was fun
 
Alright yall 750 mg pre workout is where it's at nothing special to note before I hit the gym but once I started working out it was like on switch aggression was 100%
Now pump was awesome veins were popping on my arms I took a pic but it's not doing vascularity justice think of 10 times what you see in this picture, and that's fasted and low carb diet.

I'm considering upping to 750. I'm gonna order my serm this weekend narrowed down to Nolva tabs any bros have the best dosing I don't wanna have my serm too high

so just an update
1 gram is treating me well I see the definition in my body and looking more lean everyday , still midsection is a struggle but it's a huge improvement.
Also my scalp is itching bad since I increased it to 1 gram.

Having, I own a suit store and it's been Easter week, one of the busiest weeks of the year and I'm training harder

strength is same at lighter weight that's a plus, since I started 1 gram epiandro my appetite is intense I'm way more hungry not sure if it's epiandro or my body just want more food.
but I want to emphasize on the definition is awesome from epiandro.
Mid section continue to be the struggle but that's genetics, can't do nothing about that but keeping up my diet in check .

That's awesome bro, I'm finishing my 3rd week at 500 and I gotta say I'm loving it I'm gonna order a second bottle and start running it at 750 starting week 4 till week 8
 
Almost a month and 2 weeks in update
feel worn out and keep waking up tired .
weight myself and I'm at 186 lbs that's 10 lbs loss so far which is awesome but diet is kicking my a$$.
but the more defined look is so worth it.

How many days a week do you lift, or how many days in a row have you lifted? If I feel myself getting tired or worn during the later stages of a cycle, I like to do a 2-3 day mini deload/recharge where I avoid resistance training. Your muscles won't disappear and your body will definitely thank you.

4 to 5 times a week,but workouts have been trash have no motivation to do cardio, I might need a break? But I'm worried that will mess up my progress but reading ur comment I'm thinking my progress is being hindered already !!

I think you've got the answer you need, you just have to trust the work you've put in over the last 6 weeks. You're not going to lose your gains so don't worry about that. You're right too, if workouts are subpar becasue you are tired, your progress is already taking a backseat.

When I do a mini 2-3 day deload, I like to avoid weights but I make sure to do some low intensity cardio like walking outside in the sun. This, when combined with some stretching/range of motion exercises gives me a bit of a boost and keeps the muscle stimulated.

I'm not sure what your macros are, but I find that when I adjust my macros to allow for more [clean] carbs during that mini deload, I often times look fuller and more vascular when I'm ready to roll again. I just try and make sure I keep the same total caloric intake for those days. Although, 2 days of a slight surlpus can be a good thing too.

A bit of ab work using your body weight should be fine. Definitely try and do some focused full body stretches too. Your muscles/mind will love it. A nice 15-30 minute stretching session will leave you feeling relaxed and loose and may help you sleep better too. It should also speed up muscle recovery.

I might be tempted to shoot for 150-175 grams of clean carbs for those days. You can just eat a little bit less fat and protein in order to keep the same total calories if you want.

So the 3 days break turned into 6 days break due to intense work schedule weighed today I'm at 185 lbs which is awesome since I haven't worked out In 6 days and still losing weight or staying same weight.
Win win , but I feel better overall not as lethargic after that long break

I've had to do a week long deload on cycle before, because of a nagging injury plus crazy business with work. It ended up being awesome for me. I felt great and I made awesome gains for the last few weeks of the cycle.

Your body is primed now, so all you have to do is hit it hard and finish strong!

Agreed bro libido is coming back strong after break too.
I'm hoping to end cycle at 183 lbs.

I have 2 days left in this cycle and I weighed today I'm at 183 lbs I hit goal which is awesome .
will posting final update and take the pics after 2 month of epiandro and 11 oxo (almost 2 month).
 
Final update
I know this wasn't the most exciting log out there, but thank you everyone who helped me with this log and pointed me toward the right direction , I just wanted to make this log about how effective epiandro for fat loss with a good diet as my workouts have been moderate nothing to crazy due to cutting calories dramatically like I haven't done in at least 9 years as I hated diets always wanted to eat what's in front of me and the reason why I'm not fat is i workout regularly so that kind of kept me in ok shape.
so this diet made me realized that I don't want to be this swole big dude walking in the gym looking big and have bunch of fat with the muscle and just looking big..
I want to be that lean big guy that is looking swole, so this diet completely changed my view of how my body should look like and how much I'm loving this leaner look :) I don't have visible 6 packs yet but I'm getting there I promise.
pros of cycle
ol sup3r epi helped me getting leaner and retain a good amount of muscle because if I did a diet without epi andro most likely I would have lost alot of muscle.
starting cycle 196 lbs and ended cycle 183 lbs (13 lbs total )
strength remained the same towards end of cycle even though I was 13 lbs lighter (impressive imo)

cons of cycle
energy was ok
libido was ok
endurance was ok.
due to very low calorie intake I felt tired alot and towards the last 5 days of cycle I was really lethargic at night like can't move without struggling.

1 gram of sup3r epi was my favorite dose wouldn't recommend running low dosage so u can reap the benefits of epi andro.

Great work and nice review. Your core looks noticeably leaner but your arms and traps look bigger. Maintaining strength through the process is a definite sign that you put in the necessary work.
