Getting Cut Bro * OL Sup3r Epi Log *

The scale is one of the least accurate ways of tracking fat loss. I mean, it will show gross weight, but that fails to take into account any body composition changes ie water, glycogen, visceral fat, lean tissue...the scale obviously cannot discriminate between these.

It has its place, but Id reccomend you start measuring the following weekly as well:

*Stomach circumference, just below belly button and around love handles

*Chest: nipple-line and under armpits circumference

*Bis flexed circumference

*Upper thigh circumference, try for a consistent spot

Currently, you seem to be on a good trend, and your kcals are already lowish, Id stick with things til you start to plataeu.

Id do both, or the tape measurements at the least. Id personally be more confident at being capable of consistent measures with a tape than callipers, especially at bfat levels over approx 10%. By 'consistent' I just mean measuring at the same spot and in the same way.

anyone now why with such low calorie consumption and actually
doing cardio and working out harder and I'm not losing alot of the damn love handles? I mean I only been on this diet for 2 week I just loath these love handles....
how can expedite losing size in love handles area ? Anything or its going to happen with rest of weight loss?

The love handles are usually the hardest to lose for most people as this is where they usually put on fat first. The areas that accumulate fat the easiest (or in the first place) will be the last places that fat comes off. I've always carried a little bit of fat on my lower abdominals and even when I get sub 10% BF, I still have some fat there.

You might try a topical fat burner program, as this shouldn't affect BP on cycle.

I always find that fasted morning cardio drastically accelerates overall fat loss for me.
 
Dont get discouraged man! Be patient :) you know you are on the right track.

I bet youve decreased your love handle area, but by how much...taking measurements could be the evidence you need for those times when it feels like you might be spinning your wheels.
 
Toren hit the nail on the head, since doing this cycle I've been doing 2-a-days as much as possible. Consisting of fasted morning cardio and abs for almost an hour and then come back 8-9 hours later and do my regular routine with some post cardio for 10min

It hasn't necessarily been "melting off" but I have seen some great fat loss this past 2 weeks. Been on epiandro for 3 weeks and 11oxo for 4 weeks. Everything is in full effect I feel now so I'll keep you posted on this weekends weigh in. I'm currently down about 10lbs all together

Edit: muscle preservation has seemed to be there 100% (if we're gauging it by strength and the look in the mirror)

It's been Lil over 2 weeks and I can feel the effects of epi andro creeping up on me
like veins popin up muscle are Lil harder
also I weighed my self today and I'm at 191
Lbs
feel leaner and stronger at this calories deficit diet I'm just surprised I have any strength left I'm repeating myself when I'm commenting about the strength I'm just impressed with that effect.

Yea man I love this stuff. I just finished roughly 10 weeks of epiandro ranging from 150mg per day all the way up to 1000mg. I don't feel anything higher than 500mg was needed, if that. Also there was never any point where I felt "on". It was just continuous pumps, great aggression in the gym and a super alpha feeling which was plenty for me. This stuff is a perfect addition to any cycle IMO, especially pre workout.

If you cbf listing workout details dont worry about it.

As far as the product is concerned, all we are mainly interested in is your dose details, and any correlated effects.

When I read logs I like when the logger makes notes of pr's on max attempts and rep max attempts especially. Exact daily detail of weights and exercises is totally up to you. All info is interesting IMO.

Good call. Definitely smart to listen to your body. I forgot you're on a large deficit.

is there any glycogen retention from epiandro or 11 oxo that is noticeable?
Also I hit a pr today doing squats
all the way down with two 45 plates each side
that's a pr on calorie deficit normally I struggle to hit half rep.. lol well I did 2 reps and I was going I could have done more but didn't want to push my luck.
 
I've noticed SOME retention, I would probably have way better retention if it wasn't for my low carb diet. But I've stayed fuller than I would be without them, I've cut plenty of times without any help and I can definitely see/feel a big difference

**** man... My stuff just came in. Can you explain why or what is making you want to raise it, what day are you on, how are the sides?
 
Also how are your joints feeling, are you taking anything to help? Last time I went with epi I had back pumps and dryness like a mother! And where's the before pic?

To answer NewAgeMayan and ur question I'm looking for dramatic effects as of now I'm seeing subtle effects but then again I'm only about 3 weeks in.
and joints hurts on it not too bad cos of fish oil but randomly while I'm doing nothing it feel certain joints hurt.
no libido boost my calories are low for a guy like me still goin max 2k calories a day which I haven't reached yet.
No back pump at all yet.

Honestly I have no bad side effects at all that at least consistent , when I ran epistane I had awful side effects that were consistent .
and I'll have before and after pics when I hit 1 month.
and then when I'm done pictures.
 
I'd honestly say 1000mg is where it's at but I'm staying at 750mg. It's more than enough when stacked with 11oxo
I'm seeing changes every few days in my appearance. This week has been the best by far

Its ultimately up to you hamdy, of course, how you want to dose this. Obviously just keep us updated on any changes :)

Pretty much any steroid will lead to increased glycogen retention. Some a lot more than others. Diet is also a big key in your glycogen stores. It would be noticeable but not on par with the amount of retention caused by SD for instance or other methyls. I guess I'm not really sure what you're asking. I can't really quantify it for you. Too many factors involved.

So today i decided I'm ditching Arnolds blue print to mass workout routine
1st it's too long and takes over an hour I can't do that with my schedule
2nd I don't like it.

I also wanted to try something different so I consumed about 100 grams of carbs yesterday to see if that's something I can do from this point on to accelerate fat loss and taking advantage of these compounds ...........
well my workout today sucked a$$ and energy was almost non existent so I'll have to hang the idea up!
just an update if anyone wants to try that.

it have been Lil over 3 weeks libido comes and goes and weight 191 lbs steady and I saw my rib cage clearly that it caught my attention
Also I will be tweaking my diet thanks to yates84 suggestions when I was talking to him about my diet
so I will space out my protien intake I'll lower my carbs and up my healthy fat and protien intake and see how this goes.
So last night I lost control and went bananas on some mexican food and chips and salsa 2nd cheat day since I started my cycle.

I would say 8 weeks is perfectly reasonable. If you get there and aren't where you want to be but still feel good and aren't worn down then you could choose to continue. Can't remember if you are using support or not but it would be a good idea if going for 8-10 weeks.

I think I'm just starting to feel the epi andro at 750mg energy is here libido is here.
I had a great chest workout today and I dropped to 189 when I weighed myself, so since I started with 18% body fat I'm loving how I'm leaning out and I would want To maximize my cycle unless it's a bad idea....
 
I think 8 weeks is what it's supposed to be. Of corse the dosing can be higher but for your body's sake I would say 8 weeks, if you loved it so much just close out the cycle, hit pct and prepare for a summer cycle 500/750/etc...
