Ok so after years of carful diet and and well planed and executed workout routines I have decided to try and break some plateaus with my first cycle.. Please don't try and save my natty soul.. I'm going in no matter what.
Here are my narrowed down options after a year or so of lurking and research
1- rpn havoc 4-5 weeks with on cycle (tbd) and joint support.. Pst to be nolva 20/20/10/10 with a post cycle otc t booster sup
Novla from CMEproducts - tamox
Option 2 - osta shread (ostarine) 25/d 6 weeks with strong sup shop recommended stack with anafuse and joint support, pst is otc post cycle 3x with nolva on hand just in case.
Both ways I'll follow high protein cal even diet and high omega3 (I use cod liver oil from Norway)
Any thoughts are welcome, thanks in advance.
