Getting bloodwork?

It's wondering what you guys tell your doctor when you want bloodwork done? I know my doctor would ask me why I want bloodwork done so early before my yearly.

You dont ask your dr you pay for it yourself look for the sticky about blood work it shows you how to get a good panel for around $50.. lipids cost extra though. You could ask your dr as well but i dont bother it costs me $40 for a copay anyway might as well just pay 50 and do it myself
