Getting blood done...

I take 3000 IU everyday and I also am active outside everyday in one of the sunniest states. My vit D levels are in the high normal range. If that gives you some perspective.

300IU with gaming indoors is a recipe for low vitamin D levels.

ill go to the health store tomorrow and pick up some vitamin D :)

Everything looks good dude.
Like others stated just start maybe some vit D.
I do 2000iu in a cap daily plus whatever is in my multi vit.

There is certainly more support for Follidrone being good for the Cholesterol levels.
LDL and HDL both are very good.

sucks you can't sleep bud, have you tried seeing a doctor about it? I fill drugs such as ambien quite frequently at the pharmacy I work out and customers usually say they can't sleep without it.

With anything that helps you sleep, you end up becoming reliant on it and without it you sleep even worse, so im very dubious to take sleeping pills etc

Thanks Brundel :)

Agree that sleep drugs are a very last resort! What chemicals give you a headache at work?

Its actually because we have no ventilation and no windows. we are in a business recovery suite and its literally a room with 4 computers and a whiteboard, thats it....

I bet there are also florescent lights in that room as well? Read up on the effects that blue light has on our circadium rhythm and how it affects hormones and sleep issues. You have already mentioned that you spend time gaming and it doesn't seem that you get a lot of sunlight or outside exposure, which is not good for you.

I used to notice many years ago when I would spend a lot of time in conference rooms for projects and what not, that I would be grouchy, sleep poorly, and have vision issues. The lighting we are exposed to has a big influence on how we feel.

I am not trying to sound like a quack on this, but it is something to think about.

Agree that fluorescent lighting can affect you this way. I'm also wondering if the building has a carbon monoxide or dioxide issue (heating system vent issue/hot water tank vent)? Headaches can occur if breathing bad air.

We actually just got outside lighting lights installed over the weekend, hopefully this should help :)

Maybe a daft question but you don't use anything electronic/gaming near the time you go to bed?

It effects my sleep if I do.

Vit d daily with my multivitamin helps me sleep, I think. Sometimes I have my multivitamin at dinner and I sleep deeply.
