Getting bigger and leaner with Alpha, 550, and Epi-V.

PCT looks good pre. Keep those calories high to accommodate for the weight gain as well. This is where most guys go wrong and don't take into account the added size in fear of gaining fat since they don't have the hormones any more.

PCT Day 2 - 155.9 (+10.4) back


Short workout today but it was more of a focused workout too. Really concentrating on working the muscles and not just moving weight. Below I will put my current supp layout for PCT.

Week 1 - torem at 120 for 3 days then 90 for the next 4, PureTest will be dosed 3 am and 3 PM. Revo black will be 2 caps PM.
Week 2 - torem at 90, PureTest will stay the same, revo will stay the same.
Week 3 - torem at 60, PureTest will stay the same, revo will stay the same.
Week 4 - torem at 30, PureTest will stay the same, revo down the one cap.
Week 5 - PureTest the same, revo down the 1 every other day.
Week 6 - PureTest only at the same dose.

I will also be using ignite for 30 days.

Did you dose torem on an empty stomach?
 
Took it with a protein shake then breakfast. However I just lost all if it out my mouth. Ignite is nit good the second time.
 
Well been laying on the couch for 5 hours still feel like crap and most likely dehydrated. Have not taken my pm dose of supps yet. Trying to establish what the cause was. I'm thinking ignite as the last time this happend it was caused by a pre workout. Could be an ingredient my body does not like who know, I know I can't do this again tomorrow.
 
I'm going to try my hardest to get my revo down tonight. I know I really have no choice
 
PCT Day 3 - 151.5

Well weight took a dive which I knew was going to happen. Currently sitting at working sipping on ginger ale and eating saltines. I'm not to nausea at this point but I keep getting dizzy which then in turn kind of makes me motion sick. I took my revo last night and will try to atleast get 60mg of torem in before bed tonight.
 
Dang brother wish this wasn't happening to you, hope you get your strength back soon. At least wk 1 of pct is worst to train hard anyway, so not like you're missing too much.

Better Ed, currently in NC. I'm doing torem at 60mg nightly right now. Luckily it was not a heavy cycle so the 120 was most likely overkill anyway. I'm feeling ok right now. So right now I am getting my revo and torem in and will start pure test back up again tonight.

That's what I hear, so far the 60mg seems to be fine, I was wondering because I split dosed my first day of torem so Sunday am I had 60 and Sunday PM I had 60 at 7pm then I switched to all at once and took 120mg at 5am Monday, wondering if I just had to much torem at once.

Well it's kinda looking like there won't be any workouts this vacations. All I can say is I went hard during cycle so a week off might not be so bad, I am however still doing nightly core work and multiple sets of push-ups with all different hand positions. Food intake has been better then I thought it would be so let's see what happens. Il be hard at it when I get back to Maine.

Good that you're enjoying yourself, but it's very important that you keep working hard during PCT, or otherwise you'll lose some muscle.

Besides the push up variations, try to do some pull ups etc...or try and go to a gym...
 
Yeah I know Ed it sucks. I'm still feeling pretty full so that's good but I do understand I have to push.

Always difficult to keep the gains during and after PCT. Eat right, train hard and smart, rest/ get enough sleep.

You got the best supps to get through this :)
 
Yeah this will be my rest then it's gym every day when I get back.
 
If its been a long time since u had a break it does not matter if you are in PCT or not. If ur body is wore down and needs the break you will grow regardless of PCT. I've taken brakes twice in PCT for one reason or another and was no worse off then if I had been lifting the entire time. In fact in both instances I actually gained strength and size stayed the same. I'm not saying just take a break for the sake of it, but if you need it then do it.

You didn't have a choice....and your body was put to the ultimate test.

Otherwise, you would have trained during PCT, as it's hard to maintain the muscle built during cycle.

Monte does have a point....if you really need the rest, then listen to your body.

Your body will tell what it needs, and you just have to listen to it....:)
 
PCT Day 9 - weight unknown


I'm still in NC and letting my body recover. Iv had a nasty on going headache for the past 3 days which is really getting on my nerves. I'm ready to get back in the gym so I think things or going to get out of control when I get back to Maine. Mentally I'm just about there to kill it.

Might be stim withdraw causing the headache.

Just got out of a paramore concert and thankfully I was not on cycle because damn they would have been picking up 2 sorry asses off the floor. Dumbass people with no respect deserve to get dropped.

Yah Caffeine withdrawls I guess, don't know I don't drink coffee but I get the withdrawls coming off stims with caffeine in them.

PCT Day 12 - 154.1


I was happy this morning to see my weight was still above 154. I did get into the gym this morning but can't seem to find my notebook so I ended hitting a lot of body parts except chest which I will do tomorrow. Strength is feeling good still. I think the biggest strength gain I had this cycle was my back. My back felt great this morning so rows and I should have pushed the weight but ran out of time. Anyway guys I'm still digging. I'm going to also get around the writing reviews and taking new measurements.

Yeah I'm back home now. Jet lagged but its all good. Don't know why but the last week my appetite has been out of control.

Lots of guys makke the mistake of cutting calories backk when done with cycles in fear of getting fat. This is a one way street to lossville.
 
I'm not afraid of getting fat, what killing me is I will slam a bunch of food and be full, 30 minutes later I feel like I never ate.

This is what's always been preached to me...& I've always over-eaten (clean, just as much as on cycle, although I'm no longer growING), & always gained a bit of fat as a result. But after this last 1-alpha/cyano/msten cycle I totally randomly started cutting maybe a wk into pct....I mean cutting cals & cycling or backloading carbs & eating clean as ever for me. I've went from peak on cycle weight of 218 dry in the morning to 203 now, but my muscles look just as big (def can see the gains vs before cycle) & my bench and dead have been getting stronger on working weights. And I'm stoopid leaner, never seen my core start to pop like this. Squats went down some but I lost 15lbs of weight to drive the bar & I started squatting below parallel...and even then its only down 20-25lbs. I was holding zero water weight under skin as I actually crushed my estrogen accidentally (nightsweats, ridiculous joints, libido tank), so aside from glycogen drop I think I've seriously lost 8-11lbs of fat.

What I'm saying is if you eat religiously, as much or more protein as on, get rest, keep training heavy or heavier, I think the muscle will stay on. But that still takes a lot of discipline, and I think the bigger issue is that lots of guys come off cycle & they think it's time to sit back & relax on diet & training. As a hardgainer type, PRE prob would be best served to take the 'eat like you're getting paid for it' approach, but I don't think that's necessary for all body types. Not for this skinny-fat kid ;)
 
I didn't mean eat just to eat. I meant his lean mass went up so in any diet post cycle or not you have to eat to support your lean body weight. I was referring to gaining ten pounds and then continuing to eat like you did when you were ten pounds lighter. Cutting is fine, but like you said make sure you are eating enough to compensate for the lean weight gain from cycle.
 
I know what you meant, especially coming from you big guy - just wanted to throw it out for others so they won't misunderstand it the way I did when I was newer. People told me, "You have to eat now in pct to protect your gains!" & I took it to mean you have to eat like you're still gaining...but that's not what they meant at all. They meant, "Make sure your maintenance diet is a bit larger than before the cycle to accomodate for the new bigger you."

Alas, I was so foolish... but hoping to clarify that for someone maybe so they don't do like I did :)

I guess it matters how tall you thought I was, I am 5'8. Pretty cool thing just happened I was bored getting ready for bed and rocked out a front double bi. All my vains from delt to delt were visible, they didn't stick out but you could see them. I thought it was pretty cool seeing that many veins in my chest.
 
You are taller then I thought.

Pre, it's funny how we build up these images in our heads as to what someone looks like. In this picture you look over 6' and much older. Lol. At 5'-8" those other guys look small. Keep killing the workouts brother.
