getting big and cut

I have tried a lot of supplements and I haven't had anything work I don't want to take a steroids I'm looking more towards a hgh I need advice
 
Well, age, diet, training, bodyfat%, height, weight, etc. are all going to be important factors.

How about you start with those and then we can see if we can find something for you.

FYI, even though there are some great supplements out there, there are no magic pills that are going to do this for you. Most of it is going to be done in the kitchen and it takes time and discipline.
 
You could go to test boosters. U could try hghpro and testopro . I haven't actually used those. But it's an option for u.

Meats, eggs, and maybe milk. And a lot of slow digesting unprocessed whole food carbs. Healthy fats.

yeah I know, but you gotta admit it was funny! I eat me a lot of beef lo mein with like 6 oz flank steak in there, or wendy's double cheeseburgers when I can fit them in. :) Ok I eat the wendy's doubles too much, I admit it.

before you try your luck with hgh thats if you "qualify" as a legit lifter id say try your luck with ghrp an cjc just my .02

I can work it in on a maintenance or diet as well...... i just take in (lots of) bcaa/aminos PWO then like 50-70 grams whey later.....maybe a chicken or turkey on wheat sandwich later.....a chicken breast or some more whey later.....but then eat a burger or some beef lo mein as the only high calorie thing I do.....and the only real source of carbs for the day, everything else is like a few hundred cals each time and equals around 50 grams of protein and minimal carbs. So you can add up to 250-300 grams of protein, and low 100's or less for carbs and only 2200-2400 cals.
 
carb cycling good for recomp or ive read up on carb back loading (aka warrior diet) caught my eye a bit controversial though worth a shot IMO
 
I think cycling the carbs is a better idea than a keto diet for sure. you can take in 50-90 some days, and 150--170 other days.....throw in a 200-300 carb day once a week or so....if you can do some days around the 30 or so on the keto diets (this is hard lol). there are so many random carbs in food and even protein powders that they add up to 30 REALLY quick.
 
This guy is super unknowing ......half the things we say will almost be pointless.

What i will say is this ---- Keep reading, be persistent and not lazy. Find your answers and in time you will start to "get it."
