Been slacking on my logs. Did legs on Tuesday. Definitely not been squatting like I should. 405 was heavy and I only got it once.
Wednesday my wife was sick so I didn't go workout. Felt miserable all day. I hate not lifting
Today was chest. Felt real good today. Received some unwanted motivation yesterday but it's gonna help me out
this month.

Have roughly 3 days left on my m1d. I'm gonna start my pct today. I'm looking forward to it. Should see some good results on what I'm taking.

Today is deadlift day and I was so pumped going in. Been visioning all week pulling 500. So when it came time. I pulled like a little girl. Couldn't freaking lock out. I recorded it but it's a horrible angle. I was just a couple inches away and couldn't do it. When I look back when I got it above my knees I sat back a little and that messed me up. It came up pretty easily but locking out I screwed up. Ugh!!! I thought I had it. I'm so furious. I tried it again and only got half way up. Just beat me up. I'm so exhausted. After the furious fit I went into after failing I assaulted my abs til it hurt to move. I'm so frustrated.

I'm gonna try and attach the video. Mind you it's a bad angle and I don't start pulling for the first 20 seconds.

I started my Pct. form xt, formadrol, igh1, igf. Form xt is nasty. Formadrol is ok. Haven't taken the igf yet, it's a spray bottle. Still have about two days left of m1d. Then it will be strictly pct. until then I am only taking 2/3 of the recommended dosage.
 
Forgot to post my chest day. I had a good lift and used resistance bands on my flat bench. Did the standard 5x5 then incorporated several high rep lifts. Today was back and I did some shoulders. Felt super pumped going in and was zoned in all lift. Within the first 5 minutes I had a good sweat going.
