Well, the time has finally arrived to go for the "gold." I am very excited about this product and I expect big things from it. Here are my stats:
Though I am a natty, I am very proud of my physique thus far, but looking for bigger and better things as always. Like my boi always says, "There is always room for improvement." Very true. Anyways here we go...
AM Readings:
Age: 24
Weight: 256
Height: 5' 8"
Bodyfat: 13.24% Jackson-Pollack 3 Site Caliper Non-Digital (Pectoral - 15, Abdominal - 22, Quadricep - 9)
Chest: 50"
Arms: 19"
Waist(navel): 39"
Thighs: 27.5"
Measurements were the same after a full body pump workout.
Goal: Recomp / Lean Bulk
Training:
Monday: (AM) FLIC & Abs / (PM) rest
Tuesday: (AM) Heavy Arms & Calves & Light Shoulders / (PM) Heavy Quads & Light Hams & Calves
Wednesday: (AM) FLIC & Abs / (PM) rest
Thursday: (AM) FLIC & Abs / (PM) Chest & Heavy Shoulders & Light Arms
Friday: (AM) Back & Calves / (PM) Heavy Hams & Light Quads & Calves
Saturday: (AM) FLIC & Abs / (PM) rest
Sunday: (AM) rest / (PM) rest
FLIC - my self-titled acronym - "Fasted Low Intensity Cardio"
Diet:
PREWO Meal: 2 scoops whey / 3 - 6 tablespoons SuperCARB (drunk before all weight sessions)
PWO Meal: 2 scoops whey / 3 - 6 tablespoons SuperCARB (drunk after all weight & cardio sessions)
These meals are standard for cardio and weight sessions.
First Meal: same everyday
3 scoops whey
1.5 cups whole oats
1 box raisins
3 tablespoons honey
My other meals consist of:
Lean Protein Source
Veggies
Whole Grain/Wheat Bread (sometimes) - WO day dependent
Skim Milk (sometimes) - WO day dependent
YG Dosing:
#1) 15 minutes before First Meal
#2) 15 minutes before evening PREWO meal or with other carb meal in the day
#3) 15 minutes before meal after evening PWO meal or with other carb meal in the day
I started back on my current workout plan this week, and I began the YG today...
Did notice that my First Meal was not as filling on my stomach as usual...perhaps better partitioning.
I used the most well lit room in the gym, however it does not have a white backdrop. Pics are decent (taken with my phone). I am a little bloated and have some water retention in the pics, but you get the picture...no pun intended.
Side Note #1: I tried to copy this to the SynergyMuscle site, but I don't have permissions????
