gettin lean with IronMagLabs OSTA RX (sponsored)

so ive decided to run a full 8 week cycle of this stuff, got a good deal on a 2nd bottle.....im really enjoying the lean factor ive got going on and though a mild pct may be required ive got enough stock to take care of that aspect......the v taper from upper back to top of the thighs is very visible whereas before it wasnt, i need to get a good bf percent for comparison and some decent before/after pics.....this product seems to be doing the job

sounds good, I think I will be running this product at 2 caps per day as well
 
im debating on 2caps for 8 straight weeks, then jump to 3 caps to finish off second bottle or start with 3 caps now and 3 caps with second bottle for 8 weeks, i may go for option 1 cause i may add lean xtreme with the 2nd bottle towards the end
 
how are the pumps at at 2 caps?
im 4 weeks deep at 3 caps, and since recovering from an injury i finally was able to do some bicep work - the pumps were funkin killer!

I'd be wary of going over 8 weeks. I'd suggest option 2. I know most people probably are gonna run some sort of T booster/AI after this anyways, but keep your cycle window to 8 weeks or shorter just to minimize the impact on your HPGA.
 
i can definately do option 2, if i start 3 caps e/d now that would get 6 weeks + the 2 already under my belt for 8 total....im still gonna add LX towards the end of 2nd bottle and follow up with recourse, erase.....

that should be a very nice leaning out/recomp run for sure.
 
alright so though i started seeing noticeable results it seems the euphoric feeling i had is somewhat deminished, im still leaning out but im going to take my fat loss alittle more hardcore as ive decided im tired of higher bf percentages....cals will be 500-700 below maintenance and ive been using 3 caps for a while now. i have yet to be able to curb the hunger and this log is meant to be ran solo, im not completely sure on running a second bottle thus far. a few posts were deleted with the forum problem but seems to be on track now

Glad to hear you're noticing the results. I'm not versed enough in supplements to suggest something to suppress your appetite outside of the usual (like OEP, Lipo-6 something, and other similar things).

I think I know that euphoric feeling you're talking about. Sadly for me, it only lasted about 2 days for me before it left, lol.
 
a few updates.....training and nutrition is on par for the most part, still not used to the lower cals but getting used to the idea of maintaining muscle while cutting, ive been so nervous for so long about the process. recently acquired a series of headaches and cant pin point the cause, the water intake is there but may drop a few staple supps and run osta rx along with orange triad, oxigreens, and oximega only. im having a hard time negotiating cardio and weight training with a limited time schedule, i can attest that a cal deficient and limited cardio is not meeting my needs for my goals. scale weight is 183 consistently and bf seems lower while muscle retention is evident. ive focused on biceps and back more so and its paying off, my arms are a good size to begin with but the veins throughout bicep are visibly clear.

lately ive experienced mild headaches, a few days of extreme nausea and have yet to learn how to curb appetite without using some sort of appetite control product. i may switch to a 3 day routine to allow for more cardio time...
 
I was reading that a heavy dose of bcaa can help with hunger. Maybe chug 15-20g when you're hurting and see if it takes the edge off.
 
Try eating very high fiber foods. I sometimes eat a whole can of black beans at once (almost 40 grams of fiber lol). That will fill you up for sure.

ive used a ton of aminos to curb hunger..coffee seems to help more so. thats the only reason i cant stick to leangains, plus im so used to eating a crap load of cals everyday its hard to break to break the mindset...

its mainly at work im having difficulty with, but i have supplemented with fiber during my work shift, seems to help and keep me regular as well....
 
so alittle over 3 weeks in, diet and training have not changed. scale weight was 181 this morning but should climb to 183 by the end of the day like it has been, i do feel as if im slowly getting leaner as theres no huge decrease in weight but more striations are very visible in areas where before there wasnt. strength is up some as well, 80 degree military presses were up 15lbs from a few weeks ago and frequently used 25lb db for lat raises whereas before i was using 20's. leg press is up a full plate on each end for reps (8-10) and incline bb bench is slightly up but due to a previous shoulder injury i never go heavy on chest and rarely do flat benching.

i can say that i havent noticed any change from bumping caps back up to 3 e/d. there are a few changes to my overall staples though, CL orange triad, oxi omega, and oxi greens are an everyday thing. will be trying out the ageforce q10/omega patch soon

I've seen no sides either. Very clean in that regard.
 
nothing extreme to report on, db curls are up 40lbs for 6-8. after playing with my diet ive noticed better results if i do not eat 2 hours prior to bed. scale weight was 182 this morning and bicep veins were very visible. i have yet to come to a conclusion on this product and only a few days left but ive decided not to run a second bottle.
 
Up 40lbs on curls? That's a huge gain there!

i also noticed the leaning out effect, it seems this would be really good on a full cut to help maintain mass.

I agree. I've been really tempted to lower cals
Slightly or add in a fat burner but I didn't want to skew the results. I think a test booster, this and a fat burner could be a really nice stack.

Yeah, s4 is actually the sarm to go to for strength gains.

although i intended this log to be in a full deficient it ended up being used to keep strength while playing with my diet to see how low i could take the cals, i ended up constantly hungry and it got the best of me. at slightly above maintenance cals my strength def increased and i have leaned out so to say but the most noticeable difference is scale weight is 181-183, strength is up and body fat appears to be down.

final thoughts....

i came into this hoping to recomp and had all the intentions to do so, my diet was the biggest problem in achieving those goals. i do however feel as if a mini recomp was achieve while continuing with my normal eating habits and no cardio. my cals fluctuated between 2500-3000 depending on how i feel and focused on 4 meals vs small meals with snacks in between, i use a form of leangains but not an actual 16 hour fast method. this was a 6 week run at 2 cas daily, non divided..

now onto to the pro/cons:
pros: i did notice a "dryer" appeal to my body with a very visable leaning effect, i also noticed a good amount of strength gains that started around the end of week 2 and carried on through the duration of the run. i dosed 2 caps at once around noon and didnt notice any difference from 3 caps in divided doses which makes it more convienent. i noticed zero loss in libido

cons: price.....

i believe this to be a great addition in a full cut to maintain mass and strength while in a deficient, i would love to run this as such but just cant spend the money on it. i did get some recent pics and found a starting pic i never posted, give me till tonight to do so.....
