a few updates.....training and nutrition is on par for the most part, still not used to the lower cals but getting used to the idea of maintaining muscle while cutting, ive been so nervous for so long about the process. recently acquired a series of headaches and cant pin point the cause, the water intake is there but may drop a few staple supps and run osta rx along with orange triad, oxigreens, and oximega only. im having a hard time negotiating cardio and weight training with a limited time schedule, i can attest that a cal deficient and limited cardio is not meeting my needs for my goals. scale weight is 183 consistently and bf seems lower while muscle retention is evident. ive focused on biceps and back more so and its paying off, my arms are a good size to begin with but the veins throughout bicep are visibly clear.
lately ive experienced mild headaches, a few days of extreme nausea and have yet to learn how to curb appetite without using some sort of appetite control product. i may switch to a 3 day routine to allow for more cardio time...
