Gettin Jacked n Tan for the summer!!

i gained 10lb in a week from jamaica, but as soon as water intake normalized i lost like 8 of it lol hardly gained any weight, maybe just some glycogen, my girl cant tell the difference

2 liters of raw milk per day, and a tremendouse breakfast and dinner. and milk and cheese burgers in between, and i had friessssss mmm

hahaha yea i was eating steaks n ribs n cookies n ohhh myyy hahaha. :sgrin:
 
My apologies for the lack of updates, internet has been screwy again, wireless router doesnt want to seem to work.

Weight is currently at 182, things are going very slow but they are progressing. Ive still got another full bottles of Rdrol and another 3 or so weeks on DTP and a good 2 weeks on AlphaT2, overall this has been an awesome run so far.

I will be taking pictures in the next couple of weeks to kinda give yall a bit of a view at whats going down!

we went with at@t uni-verse on tv/phone/internet. had so many problems with the wireless internet that finally they hard wired it. all is good now.

Yea here in the small town of beaufort all we seem to have is comcast which seems to work fine but my wireless router is very picky!!


Had an awesome chest workout tonight, pump was huge, vascularity is really starting to come out as i get closer n closer to sub 10%. My arms are starting to look even leaner now yet still have the size!

Dosing schedule looks like this.

1 cap Rdrol 500mgs HCA 3 DTP tabs 2 AlphaT2 prior to bfast which contains around 80gms of carbs

1 cap Rdrol 500mgs HCA 3 DTP tabs and 1 AlphaT2 pre workout which is around 50gms carbs

1 cap Rdrol 2 DTP post workout with around 50gms carbs

500mgs HCA prior to bed.

Stack has been very impressive, fatloss has been uber slow but noticeable and i can honestly say ive never stayed so big n full let along eat that many carbs at one meal whilst cutting, very impressed needless to say and i have a whole nother bottle of Rdrol..yeaaa buddyy!!! 7% here i come!!

you only do 3 caps a day of Rdrol? or you dosing it with other meals as well, if not try taking 2 prior to bed, youll sleep like a baby

Sometimes ill take 2 prior to my morning meal but most of the time its just 1. I only dose it more on carbup days or cheat meals.

I shall take 2 prior to bed tonight n see how it is!
 
you should be taking it every day for optimal effects, carbs or not. Just a little FYI

but if you need to conserve the 3 per day will suffice.

Oh i take it everyday no worries about that. I never go a day without my RDROL!!! :lol:
 
Hopin to see it at retailers 25-30 bux but well worth it and a little too potent for average user for 1 cap so it'll last u a while

After the new fat burner (will have 750mg of gc 50% hca) you will need 100g powder to last you 100 days (unless u want more but won't be necessary)
 
Killed legs yesterday and killed back today. Really really leaning out. Lower abs and lower middle back still holding fat but it is leaving thats for sure.

Also its so crazy how my weight shifts so much, last night 187.4 this morning 182 on the dot. :lol:


Also used ASGT last night and today pre workout, holy crap what have i been doing not using this stuff? :lol:

Weight was actualy 178 btw which was weird. Weighed in first thing at 181, weighed myself after eating twice and 178?? Oh well lol..

Anyways heres two pics to kind of show, i know they are different angles but you can still see the fatloss. First one is before i started the cycle, second one is roughly 5 weeks in.

Went in and worked shoulders today. Very vascular after my carbup meal and very pumped.

Weight this morning after carbup last night. 179.2

Hahahah welcome brother!! No worries no worries!

I used the evis about 2 times total n had to trade it, the burn was so unbearable and uncomfortable i felt like i was on fire. I couldnt sleep and my body was sunburnt red. Just couldnt hack it hahaha.
 
Got in and worked back today, just wasnt feeling it for some reason today. Did cardio after and called it a day. I got chosen to log Torrent Zero for Universal so that should be pretty sweet.
 
Well i screwed myself over today with the diet but whatever ill just hop back on the horse tomorrow!

Also, bout damn time you came back eclipse. Need to get some sun though it looks like :P

Hahaha.. Right now im taking my week off from Rdrol and using Lg's Slin. Right now though im on some TX from Alri, Thermophoria from EST, n then Torrent Zero. Carbs super low which is just killing my drive right now, it sucks but im getting through it.
