I got some acne increase, the big kind, cyste i think they are called...? If it continues to worsen or become to much of a burden i may consider cuttin the cycle short.
Anywho.
Ill be running today outside as there has been some peronal issues come up but i gotta do something to get my mind focused and on good things. I may hit the gym but as of now not lookin good.(my ghey gym closes at 5 on sat & sun.)

Me and a lady friend had a good time last night tho so theres a plus.

I don't know what the weather is like where you are but these boston winters mess with my skin. Not the type of acne where I break out in an area, just a couple massive ugly mother****ers. But you know what they say about new england weather: don't like it, wait a week.

To address your cutting the cycle short comment, I would wait it out. IME cycle related break outs clear up/lessen a week or two after they begin.

mmhhhmmmm...i dint think of the weather issue. Here(soutshide chicago) it is cold and dry. It def could be weather related. Ill wait it out for sure, i deal wit it regularly so its not a huge deal.
The weather did turn to moderate snow at 4:15(current) i WILL be toughing it out and go runnin today though.

Ive been feeling slightly "disconnected" fomr reality lately. Somewhat depressed, loss of focus and concentration. Also a bit more "tempermental" and on edge with people. I at one point pictured myself walking about to someone, mouthing off and beating them, sad really as i do not try to have a B.A. atitude.
I have a feeling it is from the increase of caffein intake i somehow managed over the past week. Acne is still there, not better or worse though from what i can see.
I felt a bit stronger during my Rows.
I slacked a bit on protein intake the past two days so i will be focusing more on that now.

Yea. Im def thinking it is the crazy caffeine spree i have beenon the past week+
I figured about 800mg-1.5g everyday for at least a week. Throughout the day, if not more. So im goin to wean off the caffeine the best i can and go from there. Also have a feeling it is from lack of protein.
I pride myself on staying composed and focused, think things through. Latley I notice though its just not there.
 
Hittin the gym in a few hours. Got word from CEL today, they are sending my 2 new Mdrol out. I instantly thought about a bridge but i havent a clue and its a bit early to decide on.
Update to come, Legs, core, tris today.

Back was still a bit sore today so i was being careful on the Squats, i can feel if my back is weak so i keep it light or just dont push the reps to hard. I felt great during cardio today, dint supp much of anything either. Just Gatorade powder, Poseidon, and 1/2 scoop of FocusXT.
Acne is somewhat backing off, not sure what it was from though. Possibly weather as mentioned before or just happend. It does tend to flucuate as i pay way more attention to it than i need to.

As i said before, my Mdrol is on its way so ill be thinkin about that. If i do not bridge i may conpemplate Accutane as many say they have had positive results from it. My mental well being will be a factor in this though.

Focus was a bit off today as i have had alot of stress here at home. Doesnt seem to be hindering my muscle growth/ feeling though. My odd mood has been gone now it is just stress like i said. Tomorrow im lookin forward to hittin the weights again...
Shoulders, tris, little legs prolly some more core and def cardio. I wont be goin sat as i have work and wont be out in time.
Ive had no sides to report except maybe increase in aggression and the acne has backed off some.

I also got some NitrACE and ON Vassive-NO from a freind and am thinking about throwing in the NitrACE as he likes it alot. I may save the Vassive for post cycle therapy or vice-versa...

Felt ok today. My stomach was feelin a little off so i couldnt really fully focus and dint push my self very hard but it was not awasteful workout. My Mdrol also came inthe mail already. So i was pumped about that.
Still feeling good. Diet is been clean. Protein back up to where it shoul be. I feel good and strong on a regular basis even if im sore. No other major signs as of yet, vascularity slightly increased but expected with weight loss.
 
i am running it 75/75/75/75/100/100(the last week is only 3 days)
I only had 2 bottles and dint want a few pills sttin around so i figured this would be more effiecient.
I weighed in today this morn after not eating after 6pm yesterday. 180lbs, now i expected to be less since i am more lean and still muscular i was expecting 170ish, nope, the classic sign of Hdrol working is good/maintain same weight and increase muscle and definition. I am slightly more vascular also.

I have been at the gym the past few days. I have had some home issues rearise, my mom is vewry sick so i been around here mostly. I am at the same spot i was last time, feel good, strong, nothing crazy. Havent noticed weight increase but reps are up. My actuall bodyweight is the same but im a bit more lean for sure.
I decided im goin to bridge into a 3 week SD(Mdrol) run. 20/20/30 I still have Cycle Support left and all my PCT stuff from my original Mdrol cycle. I am also going to start adding Milk Thistle and prolly buy some CoQ10, expensive but def a great heart helper.

Im goin to end this log prolly at the Hdrol, i may continue it im not sure at all yet.

I got thing strated out around here. I have been doin little things in my garage. Ran a few times. Diets been good.
Tomorrow im hittin it hard.
I am bridging and do hope it doesnt go same as before with the mdrol.

So as usuall my log fell apart. Im on here so much i just dont do it for somereason. If i HAD to do it for a product i would for sure. But since its for my own fun i just do it at will.
I gave the last bit of Hdrol i had to a friend casue he needed it to finish his cycle and i figured im goin into Mdro lanyway so its no biggie. It was 15 or so caps.
I am now going into my NEW batch on Mdrol. Ill be tryint to bulk on it as my cut was nice, went up 12 or so lbs and stayed lean, and a bit stronger.
If i had any recomendations for Hdrol users...
DO NOT be afraid to eat, i felt "better" or felt it "more" when i ate more. There was a few times where i couldnt stop.
Also, when i went to 100mg i dosed 2 caps(50mg) at a time and noticed that seemed to have made a difference.
I did not experience any outward since beside a slight drop in libido.
So Mdrol starts tomorrow, ill pop up with some updates here and there but this log kind of failed...again. ha oh well.
Maybe i'll log my natty stack.
ill be doing Mdrol 20/20/20 following the same PCT as previous.
