Welcome aboard...I know there are a few sponsored logs out there, but have not come across any other non-sponsored. If you do come across any let me know, would like to compare gains.

That's what a 4lb. gain so far. Up the calories bro! if you want to reach your 220! you can do it. Plus the dymethazine should allow for this appetite.

No bro that is an 8.4 lb gain. I had bought a new scale just before I started and it was weighing me lighter than my old one. So on day one the new scale weighed me at 198 even.
 
Day 15

Stats-Weight 206.4 lbs

Dosage-1-T @ 5 pumps, Dymeth 3 per day, Sustain 4 on 3 off, Toco-8 1 scoop e/d

Workouts-No huge change in the last week...Was doing squat sets of 10 @ 315, not a record, but not bad from where I was...So some strength gains there..Still having issues with the tendonitis in my elbows, but seems that I have some improvement since I was able to do one set of 10 with 120 lb dumbbells

Comments-So a 8.4 lbs gain in 15 days is pretty damn good in my book. My BF is down a little based on the electronic meter that I have...I'm hoping things really start kicking in this week and next since I normally see supps start to kick in around week 3. I have noticed the sex drive is down, I found out this wknd...Not to the point of things not working, but more for multiples...So in light of that, and since I have a trip this wknd, I decided to bump the Sustain to 4 on 3 off, and start the Toco-8 a week early...I have also decided against Testabolan in lieu of Diesel Test...I may start that next week based on how my sex drive fares after this wknd. Appetite is getting better, still have issues eating in the mornings though, but later in the day I'm starving. Get good pumps in the gym, cardio day sucks due to the calf pumps, but not anything so bad that I can't continue. Good motivation to work out, I'm focused and wouldn't even skip a day this wknd when my PR lady friend flew into town

Not sure anything else you guys would like to know, so feel free to ask away.
 
did you already get the testobolan. i've heard great reviews on T-911 as far as a test booster. your cycle is exactly what i'm going to recommend a good friend but only with the T-911 as part of PCT! 8lbs + is very nice. Great Job.

I decided to go with Diesel Test vs Testabolan and already have that on order...But I will def check out the T-911 and see what its about, if nothing else to test it next time I run a cycle of something...Hell for your friend, open the word document that details the cycle and make any changes and give that to him, will make it easy
Lets just hope the 8 lbs is just a precursor to what is to come during the next 4 wks

Just a quick update...Been receiving comments at the gym the last few days that I am looking bigger, fuller...A good sign that things are kicking in well...I'm noticing a better seperation between my pecks, an known problem area for me...Noticed a slight aching in my left testicle since I have starteed the Sustain Alpha...Will see if it continues, but I have had similar aches when on a test booster and it went away after a couple days...Maybe just from the boys getting to work again...I did have a better day with chest today, I was actually able to do some bench with my elbows...Nothing heavy but not the pain I was experiencing before...So that is def a good sign, but I will take it slow and ease into more weight
 
Quick week 3 update...So the third full week is completed...weight this morning was 207.6...So I'm kinda pissed about the weight thing, and not because of the supplements...Sat when I weighed I was up to over 210, but Sat night in Jersey ordered some food that had be hugging the toilet all night...So coming in this morning I knew I would be lighter because I hadn't hydrated had hardly drank any water, and had spent all night sick...But today is a new day, we have 3 full weeks left starting today...I WILL get to 220, period!

Thats RIGHT!!!! you keep it up and stay on track you CAN do it. glad to see your not the type that gets discouraged as I have seen i'm some other logs when the weight slows or goes down.

Comments: I had my disappointment this past weekend with getting a mild case of food poisoning where I dropped some weight, but I'm still up almost 10 lbs in three weeks, so all in all I am happy with my results...I am half way through the cycle, so another 10 more and I will be extremely pleased with this cycle...I'm thinking that in the third week is when I will really see things kick off...Just a few things to note...Really chapped lips and dry skin on my hands and lighter on my arms, around my elbows...Skin on my hand gets dry to the point of cracking and bleeding around my knuckles...This is even with putting on lotion and drinking as much water as I have been it shouldn't really be an issue...Plus I live in Texas so its not like it's the cold dry causing it....I have noticed a decrease in my sex drive vs a couple weeks ago...The first week on I was wanting to jump on a hole in the wall, now I don't even wake up with wood like is normal...Noticed about 3 days in 4 I will wake up that way...Everything still performs as and when needed, its just not what it was...So in response to that I boosted to 4 on 3 off with the Sustain, and may even start taking Diesel Test early as well to also aid with test production...I can def see the increase in size in myself, but I have also put on some non-muscle weight....All in all I am happy with the results I have made so far in the size I have put on...Here is to 10 more lbs in the next 3 wks

Thanks for the info...Good to know its not just me...Its not that it is a big deal, but, just for the sake of thoroughness, like to update ANY changes that I see.

As for an update, was another killer leg day...I'm really starting to love legs more and more as I am seeing, what I feel, is good progress...I hit a PR today, I did 2 sets of 10 on squats at 335. I have done squats at higher weights, but never at a high weight and a high rep zone...Normally I would hit a heavy squat about 350 tops and only do, on a good day, 4. So the fact that I was able to do 10 at only 15 lbs lighter than what I normally max at is a good indicator of my strength gains...I do really like the hardness in my legs I am seeing...I'm talking about barely able to pinch skin to get a fold for bf measurements and hard as a rock...I'm really thinking by the end of this, we will see a nice change in the wheels from my start pics...Legs and chest were my primary focus on this cycle since I feel they are both my weakest aspects and I want to bring them up

We will see how the elbows fare tomorrow with chest
 
Just a quick update on the sleep issue I had reported previously...I have noted that I have been sleeping great here lately...Maybe it was just the first week or so since the same issues that I was dealing with previously are still present

Just a quick 4 week check in...Weight this morning was 212.2...That's a 14.2 lb gain in 4 full weeks...Not bad...I gained all the weight I lost with bad food and even added some...We have 2 weeks left and I am ONLY 8 l bs from my goal of 220...I'll write a full review of the week tonight in class...Oh and I did, out of curiosity, an arm measurement sat after my workout, 18" warm and flexed...I was very pleased with that

Commentary-So so far I am very happy to say the least...My weight is up over 14 lbs in 4 weeks...The sides for the most part have been pretty passive...I ahve noticed some acne that has continued the duration of the cycle...Not really bad outbreaks, but def more than normal on my face, back and shoulders...Some of the weight gain I have noticed in my abdominal region, but that is to be expected...I have noticed some lethargy, but nothing too outlandish...I have noticed that my shirts are fitting tighter, and I even had to buy pants of a bigger waist size just so they would fit my legs even though they are lose around my waist...One of the ladies told me at work today that if my arms got any bigger they were going to bust out of my skin...So is good that ppl are starting to notice...I love the full feeling I have....The "Thirst" was back with a vengance today...I had already downed almost a gallon of water by noon today and am still going strong...The dry skin on the hands is mostly better...Next week I am going to taper off the Dymethazine, and drop from 3 down to 2 per day for the last week...My question is....At what point do you look in the mirror and say " Damn I'm a huge bastard"????

I haven't checked it, but I am going to be staying with a nurse friend this weekend when I go to meet with my trainer, and will get her to check it for me and post it
 
So just a quick update...I just got in from meeting with my trainer this weekend...He was amazed at the changes in me...So not only have I put on about 14 lbs, but I lost 1.8% BF in that same time...So 2% for my weight is approximately 4lbs of fat...So all in all, not bad at all in my eyes.

BP is good...Nothing elevated outside of normal levels. Sides, a little acne, decreased in sex drive, noticed some irritability, def stock up on Toilet Paper if you take this...At first I thought it was just me, then my buddy started taking the Dymethazine and he was saying the same thing about when he goes to the restroom

Very promising results, I also like your squat numbers. Must be difficult to come "off" of such a substance and go back to normal, natural building for a while.

Do you have a SERM on hand for PCT?

Week five weigh in update...So my weight is actually down this week...This morning I am at 209.8...So I am down a couple of pounds....So it seems as if the weight gains are about at their end....Looks like the bulk of them are in the first 4 weeks...Have one week left, but this week is at only 2 caps of Dymethazine as I wind it down...So all in all that is about 15lbs when you factor in the 1.8% loss in body fat and almost 12 lbs of weight gain in 5 weeks...So not too shabby
 
Its not like you're crapping through a screen door, but it is very soft and leaves plenty in passing. And my buddy hasn't indicated any problems other than the need for plenty TP

You need more fiber and veggies in the diet.
 
Wow I just had the most intense leg workout of my LIFE!!! After meeting with my trainer last weekend we dropped some of the reps of the sets so I can go heavier and gain more mass...So with that, I did 2 sets of 8 of squats at 365, followed by a drop set of 20 at 205...Was ready to puke...Then we went to leg press...4 sets of 225, but the kicker is I was doing it for sets of 15 with ONE leg, followed by both legs...Really ready to puke with legs feeling like rubber bands...Then we went to leg extensions...4 sets of 12 with 70 lbs, but again the kicker was one leg, one leg, both legs...At this point standing and walking straight was a challenge...Following this was 3 sets of 12 of hamstrings, again the same one leg one leg both legs scenario...At this point ppl were looking at me funny as I walked through the gym...Then we finished up with calves...Driving a manual transmission like I do made driving a challenge...So was AWSOME!!!!!...Since I finished my MBA last night, I can really focus on my working out before the competition!!!
