First off, thank you @Rocket3015 for providing the opportunity to log this supplement! This will be my first time using any type of Get Diesel product and I am excited to see how it goes. Dosing will begin at 2 pills every 8 hrs. The label states that up to 8 can be consumed daily, I will more than likely keep it at 6 to ensure a longer run with this product. I will get some starting pictures, more info and stats up shortly.

Dry weight is holding at 210 lbs. I definitely noticed my body has felt more thirsty the past 2 days and water intake has nearly doubled. It’s still early yet but pumps are way more noticeable. Going for a session now will update afterwards.

Definitely loving this supp so far. I am noticing a substantial improvement in recovery time between sessions. I did notice that if I don’t drink enough water before bed I will have mild heartburn, but that was my fault for slipping on water intake one night (it says on bottle up the water). Lesson learned and no issue since. Yohimbe gives a nice buzz and even put me on the elliptical one day. Those that know me know I don’t elliptical lol. Nothing negative to report, onward!

gotta keep water intake high using get diesel products-for sure. I have noticed bowel movements have doubled, any increase for you?

I know ppl vary the protocols, so wanted to get your/chucks opinion on how you want the dosing. 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off seems to be the recommendation as well. Just checking so I can prepare a calendar for myself bc if I don’t right things down that aren’t every day at the same time I get messed up. Btw never had that or many other issues when I was younger lol

Thanks for the super quick response. I’ll do the 2-1-1 6 on on off method to begin and assess from there. Learned something too bc I assumed test would be like gh where evening was optimal dosing period. Good to know. Thanks

Test is higher before 3pm. Estrogen is higher at night also. It’s not like waaaaay higher but booster work better early in the day. Like you said take your gh products closer to bedtime.

You can run it up to 8 weeks no problem, I would take a break after that.

Loving this supp. I plan to buy another bottle and keep the run going longer. @Rocket3015 any input on duration of use for this?
You can go 3. Bottles on 2 weeks off or if your not taking it more than 5 days a week run it until the results fall off in your mind then skip two week and start up again.

I’ve been on some version of diesel test for literally 14 years straight with the exception of about 30 days off in 2006.

Still going strong with this supp. I have noticed a small uptick in bowel movements the past two days but nothing major in that regard. Intra-workout pumps are insane and strength is on the rise.

I started running a Get Diesel Stack 2 or 3 weeks ago my, BM 's are back to normal now and I just plain feel better !!

I was out of town for a few and missed a few posts in between. Maintained dosing of 6 pills everyday and am now on bottle number two. Internal plumbing back to normal, and this is good. Training was in new gyms and with fam, so sessions were atypical from normal but nonetheless taxing. It was nice to shake it up a bit. I have also upped water intake even more as I was feeling a little bit parched. Pumps are still be delivered via Diesel Test and just as strong as the first week. I do appreciate how this product can seem to stay in the background during daily activities, but when it gets turned on in the gym it’s relentless!
