Gerbil vs Howwedo, Cut life

Today:
No supplements kinda out of it. Woke up covered in hives not sure where they came from. I am certain that the fat smack is not the cause took some benedryl and and kinda drowsy. No gym today. Didnt notice the hives till about 2pm, no idea what caused it.

I will make another update tomorrow.

Giardiasis (say "jee-ar-DYE-uh-sus") is an infection of the intestines caused by the parasite Giardia lamblia.

The illness, also called giardia (say "jee-AR-dee-uh"), is most often a problem in undeveloped countries where tap water is not safe.

I told you about drinking that water you get from Canada lolololol but it's natural for gerbils to get parasites

Day 25:

Didn't really count cals today just ate a **** load of clean food...mostly protein...hunger is still insane haha...did my 2nd injection in my right quad with very little PIP so I was very pleased so I will be crushing legs tomorrow despite any pain I may have...will weigh myself on Friday...waist is still the same and can still see my abs about the same as before so I know I have little to no fat gain so far...DOMs are killing me since I've been ripping the gym apart much harder then ever so I really hope being on AAS helps with these DOMs when they start kicking in

Hoping my homie gerbil gets better

I've actually had this. Absolutely horrible thing to have. Lost 35lbs in two months.

Looking back the only thing new is the CLA. You're absoltely certain its hives?
 
Day 27:

Hey gerbil I hope your feeling better bro....today was good played ultimate frisbee and basketball and swam so I was very active alone with a good shoulder workout just bad shoulder pumps ouch!!! Ate a ton today about 80% clean so feeling great...not seeing a huge difference in my body yet but I know good things take time :) how's it going gerbil bro? Melting that fat???
 
Day 28:

Amazing workout today!!! Blasted my body to its limits...felt amazing just had gas all day...very annoying...I hope gerbil bro is alive and that parasite didn't eat him!!!

Well time to relight the candle.

Pull day:
Romanian deadlifts: 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 315x4
Bentover rows: 135x10, 225x10, 225x8, 275x3
Reverse flyes on a machine: 130x10, 155x10, 175x6 (weights incredibly inaccurate)
Cable rows: 110x10, 130x10, 150x10, 170x8
Wide grip pulldowns: 150x10, 160x10, 175x10, 190x8
Croc rows: 70x20, 80x20, 90x20
Cable curl 21's: 175, 185 (again weights really inaccurate probably around 80-90lbs)

The workout felt good got a great pump, a bit rushed after the rows because the gym was closing. I had a bit of an issue with the croc rows on the last set my grip was failing a bit and had to reposition my hand twice. I would have liked to get shrugs in but had to cut the workout short.

Supps:
Condense pre-workout
fatsmack xr 1 morning 1 noon
A fistful of BCAAs after my workout

Nutrition:
Currently in a dorm so it is a bit difficult.
Breakfast 200 cals worth of raisins
Lunch Subway BLT with avocado
Pre-workout 200 cals of peanuts
Post workout protein shake and more peanuts


I will get a new pic up soon, unfortunately I have been trying to get back to where I was but my weight is down to 201 with full gym attire, hopefully most of the drop was not muscle, but I fear for the worst.
