Gerbil Presents: About damn time 11-oxo dimethazine log

whats wrong with pull-overs? They're awesome... It took me a while to really figure out to to do it right to get that perfect squeeze.. Thought I was doing it right but then really broke it down and now I love it. Really gets my lats ripping
 
Seated cable row: 11.5x10, 12.5x10, 13.5x10, 14.5x10, 15.5x10, 16x8 (PR set but ouch)

^^^ can you define that for me, I dont understand the nomenclature... clearly its not 11.5lbs x 10 reps or vice versa..
 
My gym just has a numbering system from 1-16 for the cable machines and some are different then others, I have yet to get a straight answer from anyone that works there what the numbers actually equate to but when I find out I will update. My assumption on the one for cable rows it is probably something like 10-12lbs and the .5 is a 5 lb plate.

Seated cable row: 11.5x10, 12.5x10, 13.5x10, 14.5x10, 15.5x10, 16x8 (PR set but ouch)

Afternoon Shoulder workout
Seated Military: 105x10, 115x10, 125x10, 135x8, 145x6
Lateral Raises:25x12, 30x12, 35x12, 35x10, 30x10(PR)
Seated bentover laterals: 25x12, 30x12, 35x12, 35x10, 30x10(PR)
Arnold Press: 40x10, 45x10, 45x8, 40x10, 40x10

The miltary press I am happy with the progress so far, the bentover rows I forgot what weight I started at and just went from there, I had no idea that it was a PR but hurrah.

Pecs are a bit tight from yesterdays workout when I do laterals I really feel the stretch of my pecs.

Later tonight is arm time.
 
I guess I will post my general diet although it is not flawless I am enjoying it.

Noon: 100 Cal pack of blue diamond almonds normally an Amp energy drink (my addiction)

Post noon workout meal:6g BCAA, 4-6 eggs scrambled with a pinch of peperjack and a spoonful of salsa, also a can of low sodium V8

Post afternoon workout: 6g BCAA, Normally 2-3 Chicken breasts, broccoli and a decent proportion of fruit.

Snake: a cup full of unsalted peanuts in the shell

I will switch up the chicken breast with beef. I also switch the peanuts with some oatmeal and fruit as well.

Arms workout
EZ-bar curls, 65x10, 75x10, 85x10, 95x10, 105x8 (PR not by much)
Over head cable curls: 5.5x10, 6x10, 6.5x10, 7x10, 8x10, 8.5x6 (PR)
Concentration curls: 30x10, 30x10, 35x10, 35x10, 40x10 (no change)
Close grip bench: 135x10, 165x10, 185x10, 195x10, 205x10, 215x8 (PR)
Tricep pushdowns: 7.5x10, 8x10, 8.5x10, 9x10, 9.5x10, 10x8
Tricep kickbacks: 40x12, 45x12, 50x12, 55x12, 55x10, 55x10 (PR not by much but ouch)

As with last time I am going to put forearms off till tomorrow, I think I will make that a permanent change.

Also I have gotten the information on Cable rows the machines plate are 10-11 pounds but they vary via poor design lol.

On top of this I found out the EZ curl bar is less weight then I expected so I edited it to be perfectly honest.
 
Yesterdays calf workout reminded me that I need potassium in my diet woke up at 6am with a charlie horse so I am putting leg day off till tomorrow, also I spent most of last night studying for a midterm which ended up being a cake walk so I am a bit tired. I might up 11-oxo to 775 fro the last 3-4 weeks depending on how much extra I have.

Abs are a bit sore but HIIT need to continue so my ass will be jumping rope tonight. I guess I will be pounding bananas for a little while.

New warning. Smart Powders 11-oxo causes Oregon Trail style diarrhea, atleast the bottle that I started with. It all started a few days ago and considering that the only thing that has changed with me is the 11-oxo, pepto has contained it but I will be ending the 11-oxo as of tonight. I will be continuing the cycle without the use of 11-oxo so dimetazine will be starting tomorrow and continuing the rs-transderm. Unless anyone has a better idea which would be welcomed at this point.
 
i order some furuaz and overnight it, or get some stano. or you could recomp with trenazone, there shipping is pretty fast. just get 3 bottles and run it 2ml for three weeks. two weeks past dzine. personally i would go with the tren like compound.

Ty sir for being the Guinea pig um I mean gerbil for that 11oxo :) I'm just sticking with trans and hella for my PH maybe I'll stack next time but good job so far dude how you looking? Any different yet? I'll have my pics up tomorrow for my two weeks in my thread I hope I look a little different but it's hard for me to tell when you see yourself everyday lol

I've already capped half of it in preparation for my upcoming summer recomp. I'm gonna take a dose tonight. Each cap is 260-280mg. My buddy bought the capped version and has had no problems. I'll know in the morning.

An odd note on Trenazone it kinda burns on the neck, I believe I read this on this forum before and just letting everyone know it is very true.
 
Yeah the tren burns, u can use ur quads as an alt application site everyone in a while. Don't taper up, get to 2ml as soon as u can and stay there. U'll. Be . Huyge.

And run it 6 weeks, that last week will really make a difference in hardness and vascularity.

Just started my off day, 2 ml of tren and 15mg of dimethazine, along with some coq10 and hawthorn to start off. I am oddly enjoying the tren burns, not sure why. Feeling good going to try and enjoy the nice weather.

yeah i like the burn to. make sure you have some p-5-p and L-dopa, i got light sides from this product, i also used formastanozol its good for pro sides to.

yeah it was about a week and a half in to the tren and my nipps got a little puffy. two days after applying forma and poping p5p/ldopa. everything was back to normal. everyone said it was just in my head, but my chest wasn't as tight as it normally was. so if figured better to be safe than sorry. y are you running the coq10? i was think about using this from now on, off and on cycle

It started a bit after the first week on me but now that I am off it I am having solid bowel movements which is fantastic.

On a completely different note screw "off" days I am going to the gym in a bit to do some low intensity cardio and ab work.

When I get a job my workout schedule is going to change alot I will probably need to workout early morning (not looking forward to that).
