yeah you better be sorry. yeah i work 12 or 14 hour shifts, sometimes even 24-48 hour shifts. so i have to modify my workout sched pretty regularly. i absolutely hate it when i have to work out at 6 am

Bench: 155x10, 195x10, 215x10, 235x10, 255x9 (PR)
Flyes: 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x10, 55x9
Inc bench: 105x10, 125x10, 145x10, 165x10, 175x10, 175x9 (PR barely)
Cable Crossovers: 6x12, 6.5x12, 7x12, 7.5x12, 8x10, 7.5x8 (PR set)
Dips, 10, 8 bw+10, 8 bw+10,8 bw,7 bw (PR set but ow)

Later tonight is my Back workout, its gonna be fun.

Widegrip chins: 14,12,9,7,6 (PR)
T-bar rows: 115x10, 135x10, 160x10, 180x10, 190x6
Seated cable row: 11.5x10, 12.5x10, 13.5x10, 14.5x10, 15x10, 16x6
Cable pulldowns weight per arm: 65x10, 75x10, 85x10, 95x10
Dumbbell Pull over: 80x10, 85x10, 90x10, 95x10, 100x8

Odd problem today my biceps were totally pumped and my reps got a bit odd. It hit the point were I couldn't touch my shoulders which is a first for me. It got to the point one arm rows were not working at such a low weight it wasnt worth mentioning. I used to cable pulldowns because there is a bit less bicep in the movement.

So I am not sure to rack this under a win or a loss, pumps were incredible weight not so much.

Status: Mood rather good, pumps nutty my lats were blowing up but the biceps were a new experience. Not as hungry as I was expecting kinda average.
 
i noticed this when i first started trenazone. i got insane pumps and could not use my limbs properly, it only lasted a few days, and then every once in while, just had to work around it

Thanks dude, I might be switching up my work out program soon to have more volume which might kill me but we will see.

I am back, sorry about the lack of updates I had to fly to florida to help my grandfather. Anyways strength is up and mood is pretty good, I will probably be upping dimethazine to 45mg tomorrow, other then that feel free to post girlfriend ass shots they are always welcomed. Also I switched my progression style at the advise of one of my gym buddies so I am doing reverse pyramids, on friday I had a birthday chest day and benched 275x8 for my first set after warm up.
My schedule is going to be changed and I will keep you updated.
 
Feeling good school is taking a bit of a toll on my sleep patterns but oh well, luckily I have had time to go to the gym solidly for the past 3 weeks. Mood is good. strength is up, pumps are incredible and hardness is up. Side effects the occasional night sweats, some of my dreams as of late have been Jacob's Ladderish, minor back pumps as of today.

Well I will outline what I am doing at the moment it has been a wild ride so far.

The cycle as it is at this moment
Wake up
Rs Transaderm 5 pumps
Trenazone 2 ml
15mg dimethazine
2 Now Grape Seed
1 low does aspirin
100mg Coq10
1 Now P-5-P
After class
3 N2 Gaurd

30 minutes preworkout
15mg dimethazine
2 Now L-Tyrosine

5 hours later
15mg Dimethazine

Before bed
4 N2 Gaurd
Some times melatonin

Workout
Mon/wed/fri
Chest, back, and arms
Bench 4x6-10
Wide Chins weighted 4x6-10
Cable Crossovers 5x10-12
Seated Rows 5x6-10
Incline Bench 4x6-10
Barbell rows 4x6-10
Ez-bar curls 2x10-12
Tricep Pushdowns 2x10-12

Tue/thursday/saturday
Legs/shoulders
Squats 4x6-10
Leg Press 4x6-10
Leg Curls 2x10-12
Leg Extensions 2x10-12
Dumbbell Press 4x6-10
Laterals 5x10-12
Rear Delt Laterals 4x10-12

Abs, forearms, and Calves are worked everyother day depending on recovery sometimes requiring an extra day.
Light Cardio is done one leg days.

My final words:
Awesome parts of the cycle:
Strength
Vascularity
Aggression was up
Pumps were unbelievable
Felt like arnold for a day or two
Leaned out a bit
Confidence was up pretty sure it was all those added together
Weight up
No blood pressure issues whatso ever

Not so awesome parts:
Night sweats
Endurance went down
Pumps sometimes were too much I could only curl to forearms to parallel the floor a couple days.
Tren burns but you can get used to them
Tren when it touches your nipples feels like satans fire.
Testis are about half normal size but nothing a solid pct wont resolve.
Cardio was a pain in the ass with tren/dimethazine but not as bad as just dimeth not sure why.
Acne but I am fairly used to it.


So if you want to get big and strong I see this as a great cycle to run if you are trying to cut then stay away from this one.

Post cycle pics are not going to happen because my phone decided to die a terrible death in my pocket getting a 70lb dumbbell to the screen on incline dumbbell press.
